The food is great but my orders lately have been inaccurate. The last 2⁄3 times I ordered with sauce on the side only to get to where I’m going and to open the box to find no sauce. They need to do a better job checking accuracy of orders because for me it’s starting to become frustrating

Best Best Best. All my family happy because we move 2 years ago to Woodinville and found this place. We have hade beef, pork, chicken — all very yammy. I wish they can open location near my restaurant in Mill Creek /Bothell area. Recommended to all my friends and even to my customers. Very very good.

Very good teriyaki in a cute little shop in Redmond. I came in on a very rainy Friday night and it was very busy, a good sign. The cashier was very good at multi tasking, as she was bagging orders and taking new ones. Some of the customers in line were getting irritated about the wait and it was clear that the cashier was doing the best she could. The teriyaki was definitely worth the wait. I had the spicy chicken teriyaki with an eggroll. The portion was very generous. I made two meals out of it for $ 12, you can’t beat it. They do have a sign that says cash preferred. I am not sure if they don’t take cards at all, luckily I had cash on my that day but this would be a downfall in the future if I was craving teriyaki and I didn’t have cash. The cashier was extremely friendly and I had a great first experience here. I will be back.

Ordered Chicken Teriyaki and Sweet and Sour pork. Teriyaki was good. Pork Sweet and Sour was terrible. Overcooked and dry, no flavor. Threw it out. Have eaten there several times and will stick to the teriyaki. Skip everything else.

We’ve ordered take out from Apple Teriyaki 1 – 2 times a month. We order their beef teriyaki and pork gyoza and it’s simply delicious! The portion sizes are generous, and I usually eat half and save the rest for lunch the next day. The wait time is usually 10 – 15 minutes, but usually more like ten minutes. The gal who works at the counter is always welcoming, and always kind to our littles. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Great food, great customer service. If I am in the area around lunch time, this is the place I go.

This is not your ordinary teriyaki place, they have a much more varied menu. I can’t believe the review by Robert. We have eaten here many, many times have they have always been very quick and very polite. We live just a few blocks away, and if I leave right after ordering, it’s always ready for us. It’s always fresh, it’s always good, and they are always polite and respectful. We will continue to come here, we’ve always been pleased.

Boyfriend and I frequent here when we need something quick, easy and reliable — they always fulfill those criteria to the letter. Average pricing for a teriyaki joint despite what other reviews might say, especially on the east side. Food is good and portions are good too.

I’ve eaten here several times. Each time the food has gotten progressively worse, The worst part is the service is horrible and the gal at the cash register is excessively rude and short with everyone. It’s always hot in the seating area. I am actually eating right now and this might be my last time

The female owner of this place is an absolute jerk to say the least. I order my teriyaki and went and sat outside because it’s impossible to eat in there due to no AC. I waited outside for a good 15 — 20 mins, after that she comes outside and tosses my plate on the table while saying and I quote«Why didn’t you let me know you were sitting outside I am very busy!» Then she walked away. The restaurant was not busy, if anything there was 3 people in there tops. I was so angry I went back inside and called her out for her terrible customer service. I told her, yes it was my fault for not giving her a heads up but she has no right to throw anyone’s food on the table and give them nasty remarks. I will never continue to come here as long as she’s there.

The food here is great and priced appropriately if you ask me. The food service is decently quick and I’ve never had any bad experiences with their customer service They offer free soup with purchases too. If you’re looking for teriyaki I would recommend it

My favorite teriyaki place in Redmond BUT I really don’t like how the owners constantly pushes you to buy your food to go when they are nearing closing time. I got to Apple 25 minutes before they closed which is at 9 pm. After I finished ordering I said for here and the owner said I had to make it to go because he was closing at nine. This hasn’t been the first time this has happened as I am visit often. Again the male owner is a very nice guy but the fact that he doesn’t let people enjoy their food there when there’s still time there I think is not good customer service.

Totally surprised by how good their Spicy Chicken Teriyaki was. It is strange why they only have 3.5 stars. This is probably THE best teriyaki I have had. There was also a small salad which was extremely fresh. I walked in and ordered Spicy Chicken Teriyaki for dining in. The place probably had 10+ people waiting in line and most of them were picking up the food. They all had 3 or 4 orders which tells me this is a popular spot. Given the amount of people waiting, their service was quick. Highly recommended.

The owners at very nice. My favorite part is the free egg flower soup while you wait. I usually eat 2 bowls, it’s so good. The portions are very good sized, I usually share with my kids. I love the honey sesame chicken. We did have a messed up order but they corrected it with another meal, and gave us a free meal for next time. Definitely good customer service!

Excellent honey garlic /Teriaki chicken special. Honey garlic in particular provided a very smooth flavor not too sweet and not too strong. Breading on chicken was also very light and tasty. The Teriaki chicken was better than I am used to. Overall very nice place! My wife had the gyoza plate. Apparently ok(about usual). Friendly staff and well organized dining area. I would definitely come again if I was in the neighborhood.

My favorite teriyaki in the Redmond and Seattle area. Big portions, friendly service, and great taste. The teriyaki chicken breast salad is my favorite. Quality chicken on top of lettuce and fresh vegetables with a delicious sweet dressing. Highly recommended!

Moved to Redmond almost 2 years ago and originally avoided this place after reading some poor reviews. Decided to finally try it out one evening as it was conveniently located next to another stop of mine and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. I’ve now become a regular customer and truly believe this place needs more positive recognition. They are polite, fast, inexpensive, serve generous portions and are honestly better than a couple other local Teriyaki restaurants with a better average review score. I like the Spicy Chicken Teriyaki.

Awesome. I came in around 7:50 p.m. And I am so glad I did. The food was awesome I had chicken teriyaki and it was plentiful. 2 scoops of steam rice and plenty of salad to complement the food. The owner was very nice he showed me where the utensils work without me even asking. When I put in my order he told me it’ll just be a couple minutes I went to use the restroom and by the time I walked out the food was ready. Definitely going to have to come out here again. Thank You Apple teriyaki.
