There is nothing wrong with this place in the least, in fact if you want the opinion of someone who has been around (pawning my own stuff, not stealing), then this place is the most legit in the San Bernardino region i see all these crappy reviews for this place where I MYSELF have been treated with the upmost repect and i have witnessed them treat others alike lmao and folks im far from a high roller. So im thinking to myself it’s gotta be either you people that left crappy reviews must of tried to bring them hot equipment, or you just weren’t trying to understand that the shop has to make they’re money on the transaction as well. These people are your best bet for a good deal P. S. just don’t try and bring them stolen merchandise and understand the prices they give or thats maybe listed on an item, sometimes more than not if they have any room to move they will work with you NOT always, but when they have the room to move they do. So thats it i saw so many crappy reviews and have been using this location for years. It is well worth the drive from crestline for me and it could be for you to whereever your from. Oh yeah and that stuff about these people judge you by what you are wearing LMAO totally WRONG i have gone in there in work clothes and seen people in rags in this place NO JUDGEMENT. So again someone must have not liked the fact that this particular shop wasnt buying stolen property or they tryed to hike the price on an item they were trying to sell to much and were told no. Like i said i have used this spot for years and will continue to do so KEEP IT ROLLIN REDLANDS JEWELRY AND LOAN!

There’s no reason this place deserves less than 3 stars! That being said, I only came here to buy. Not to sell. Maybe people on the other end of the financial spectrum haven’t had much luck here pawning things, but their buying selection is A+!

There’s literally nothing to like about this s*** hole. The d*cks that work there don’t greet you as you as you walk through the door, rather they glare at you with a disconcerting contempt that is wholly obvious. We asked a question about a gun they had there, and the POS boss guy laughed condescendingly at us, didn’t even answer the question, and walked to the back room. His son answered the question rather brusquely, and proceeded to walk off. Seriously, don’t EVER come here. They don’t have much, and what they do have — in terms of product and service — is dog sh**. If you love a$$ holes and dog sh** you’ll love this place. If you’re a reasonable human being, you WILL hate this place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Came here because they have a sign on a car that says they buy jewelry.
They do… sorta.
As with most pawn and jewelry stores these days, they ONLY want to buy gold or GIANT diamonds. I had a diamond, they wouldn’t even look at it when I told them it wasn’t so many carats (they want like 5+). I had a really nice gold ring with gems in it, and a gemstone bracelet they wouldn’t make an offer on at all because they said they’d just melt it for gold and throw out the gemstones. :|
I did end up selling a couple things, and they gave what seemed to me fair prices. The shop seems to mostly sell guitars and lawn mowers, but there were some Blu-​ray dics and guns. That’s about it.
