Shannon G. Is amazing! She took my hair from black to light brown/​blonde in one sitting! Never taking any shortcuts or skipping any steps! My hair is still healthy too!!! She is passionate about her job and it shows in her amazing work! I recommend her to all of my friends and family! Go see Shannon G. If you want amazing hair!

Ok so I initially really liked this place, and liked the stylist I was placed with (Sarah Lopez)
I got my hair cut by her 2 or 3 times and being that I am very particular with my short hair, she was very nice in saying that if I needed to come back and get it touched up then she would. However, I never felt the need to go back for a touch up until my last visit. I left happy but once my hair started to go into its natural form I saw that some parts were considerably longer and it looked messy so I contacted her asking if I could come in sometime for one of her complimentary touch ups. MIND YOU this was always her idea and something I would’ve never asked of her otherwise. I texted her asking if I could come in and never received a response within a few hours; didn’t irritate me, I figured she was busy– and I responded promptly. I then didn’t receive a response from her for over 24 hours, which definitely irritated me. I took my time to respond this time, and then she never bothered to reply back. Definitely not someone who knows much about good customer service. I expected more from her considering we had some nice conversations and I always left tips. So overall, I would not recommend this place nor give them any more of my business solely based on my one experience of poor customer service. Such a bummer because I actually liked my cut, guess I’ll just have to find another place to get my hair done at! Not a big deal considering Redlands has a wide variety of salons to go to.

Shannon is SO AMAZINGGGG! She turned my disaster color and cut to a subtle balayage ombré! It was 2 days before V-​day and I went to this creepy haircut studio and I would just like to say NEVER DO GROUPONS when it comes to your hair because he gave me this fugly skunky haircut and color. PRAISE THE LORD that Shannon was able to come in on her day off and help me fix my embarrassing hair. I freakin love her! I definitely recommend Shannon she won’t let you down! She is for sure the only person I trust with my hair now.

If you are a blonde, or want to be blonde then you need to see Shannon Grajeda! She did a beautiful job of restoring my blonde and its not dry or brassy. You will not be disappointed and I’m excited that I don’t have to drive all the way to Orange County to get the beachy blonde I am looking for.

I also followed SHANNON from her previous salon as many others have. She is that good! Shannon is up to date on the latest hair styles and savy with her hair colors. She has many times squeezed me in to her busy schedule at last minute. Sometimes I asked her to color my highlights with bold color (chunks) nothing calm for me:) and she does such a fantastic job, whether I’m in my red, copper or blonde faze. She listens to you and is very accommodating. When I walk out of her salon, I feel like a new woman! She makes me feel so gorgeous! She never disappoints.
She also has done other family members with hair extensions and a brazilian blowout. You can not go wrong with SHANNON! -
The salon is very comfortable and the other stylists are very nice.

Best experience I’ve ever had after a long crappy day at work I went in just for a nice deep conditioning and shannon Gradjeda approach me with the best attitude as she was leaving and took me to her hair we began talking and she was just the sweetest thing ever she began looking at my hair and told me what color I wanted to achieve next my hair was blue and disgusting soon after I made an appointment with her to reach blonde and after 2 in a half session I was able to achieve it with some beautiful extensions she recommend The blend was absolutely flawless thank you so much shannon you’ll forever be my go too!!!

I received a a gift certificate for Kaos and used it to get the ombré look I’d been wanting for years. Jessica made my hair look better than I could have ever imagined! I am not exaggerating when I say my hair has never looked better in my entire life. Not only that, but she shared her trick for curling my hair quickly after I mentioned how I love my hair curled but I almost never do it because it takes so long. I will absolutely be back, there’s no doubt about that!

This review is for Shannon! She’s simply the best! I followed her from her previous salon and hired her to do my hair for my wedding as well. She never disappoints. And the salon itself is nice and the rest of the staff is friendly. I definitely will continue to recommend Shannon to friends and family.

After looking them up online and hearing good things I decided to give them a try when my normal hair stylist couldn’t get me in before next weekend.
I called at noon and was lucky enough to get a same day appointment! Front desk was very helpful and Amber was who styled they scheduled to style my hair. She asked me some questions after I showed her a picture with a basic idea of what I wanted. She made recommendations towards overall shape and I love the finished product! It’s sexy and fresh and looks totally healthy! My cut was evened out and lightened up and it’s bouncy and feels really good. I was very impressed with Ambers kind and easy going attitude towards things. She’s sweet and definitely wants you to feel gorgeous when you leave her station. She walked me through what she planned to do and took her time. I feel like a million bucks, I’ll be back!

Will not let anyone but Shannon at Kaos hair salon touch my hair… I have referred a couple of friends and they all have stayed :)…the actual salon is very nicely up kept and all the girls are nice and friendly… if you are looking for a hairdresser, Shannon is the way to go!

Jessica is adorable, sweet, and very talented. She fixed my mom’s faded and brassy blonde «at home» coloring and it looks amazing for a great price too.

I went to Angela for an all over cut and color. We cut approximately 6−8″ off. And dyed it a coppery red (on the darker side). I walked out with my hair curly. It was cute looked good. 2 days after before washing it I decided to straighten it. There was a chunk of hair hanging down 3 «lower than the section it was in. And the color was not saturated in areas. It was my normal hair color. Granted I have not called to discuss it with them. But with those things and the little stuff. I really don’t feel like going back in. I cut the chunk off myself and straightened the line up a bit more than it was. Just not sure I want to go back. Which is sad. It seemed like s nice place even though the AC wasn’t working. But I’ll stick with driving to San Diego to see my normal person from now on.

Ok firstly I get my hair done by Krystalyn she’s awesome… she does everything I want and need from cutting my hair to a fantastic Aline to putting in my tape in extensions and blending it so well that you would never know how short my hair really is!
She’s does great with color from simple chocolate brown to burgundy purple. My hair never feels dry or damaged and she’s got great prices, better than most of the stylist prices. The other stylist are amazing too… I really recommend this salon!

I came to this salon to follow my girl, Shannon. She is amazing and is a hair miracle worker! I trust her completely and she never lets me down. She makes you comfortable and is super personable and talkative. She also always forgives me for constantly wanting to change my color, but makes me deal with baby steps so we don’t destroy my hair when I decide to go from brunette back to my natural blonde.
As far as the salon goes, it’s very nice on the inside. The bowls are comfortable on your head since they’re padded and they move with your neck eliminating that awful neck pain you get from the hard porcelain sink bowls found in most other salons.

I decided to spontaneously cut my hair one day and called Kaos salon. I didn’t have an appointment but they were nice enough to squeeze me in last minute. I normally go to high end salons dropping $$$$ because I am very protective of my hair. But I decided to take the risk and it paid off. Shannon cut 6+ inches off my hair and I love it! She was super nice and did an awesome job. And to top it off, it was only $ 45. Yay!

Went in for a blowout so I didn’t have to deal with my hair too much the rest of the week. I was really grateful to find a stylist that would accept a check, I know it’s always a risk but she trusted me.
My curly hair came out nice and smooth, not frizzy like other places that have done it. ⁴⁄₅ only because I have a scar on my head and I told her that it’s really sensitive. She was still really rough and almost brought me to tears. I think she’s just use to being rough like that, but I still would have enjoyed it more if she was a little more careful.
Still great service, friendly environment, good pricing.

After desperately searching for a stylist who can work with curly hair, I finally found Sara. She takes time to understand your hair and how you wear it, prior to making recommendations on the cut. The result was the best haircut I’ve had in years! I’m hooked. Amber cut my 7-​year-​old daughter’s and gave her a super stylish, angled bob. My little girl loves her big girl look.

I couldn’t wait to come home and write this review!
This was the first time going to Kaos and Sarah L. cut my hair. First she greeted me with the warmest smile, she’s such a doll. She first had me sit down in her chair and had me explain the style of cut I wanted. I showed her my picture and she knew exactly what to do, she started to explain what her process was going to be and how much was going to get cut (which actually wasn’t much and my hair is the healthiest it’s ever looked and felt)
She took me to wash my hair and proceeded to also give a massage, felt amazing. Took me back to her cutting chair and did the most fabulous cut I have ever had! All while engaging in very nice conversation. Made me feel like I’ve known her forever.
I have never left a salon happier, it’s very difficult for me to find a stylist that can cut and style my multi textured hair and for me to leave ecstatic. My hair is course on the crown and thin straight on the sides but yet still super full. She styled my hair and I didn’t even have to go home to restyle how I wanted it because she did so well! !
