My absolutely favorite place to go to get my hair done! My sister Candace is my stylist and I always go to her for beauty tips and fashion advice. But all the stylists are amazing. You can’t go wrong… Just pick one and you’ll love your results!

J. Randall is an exceptional salon. The stylists are talented and the salon is impeccable. Jami has expertly styled my unmanageable hair for 20 years and I have never had anything but stunning results.

Had a beautiful style today. Love the Salon, All who work there are creative, friendly and make you feel very welcome.
The Salon is beautiful and very well maintained. There is a chair opened and if I had any talent I would grab in a minute. As it is I have to be a client. If you are interested I would check it out. It will not last long.

My mom came down from Northern California to visit and her hair was a disaster. I called Jason and explained we had a party to go to that night and her hair needed immediate attention. Not only did Jason book me an appointment that same day, he came in 2 Hours early just to see my mom. If that isn’t great costumer service I don’t know what is.
My moms hair came out amazing!!! Everyone at the party loved it and when she went back home everyone wouldn’t stop asking where she got it done at.
I will continue to get my hair cut by Jason and every time my mom visits I will be booking her an appointment with him as well.

Love love love Candace! She is the kind of hairdresser that has a natural talent for fashion and beauty. I love my new hairdo. The blonde highlights look great, and the long bob is perfect. I will be going back for sure. The salon is filled with warm and friendly stylist and the atmosphere is modern and very clean. Two thumbs up.

Just had my first appointment with Candace yesterday and I am SO impressed! I have had very dark hair (colored) for years and I went in wanting to be honey brown. Candace knew it was going to be a challenge to get my hair to lift, but was more than willing to try it. Because my hair is so stubborn and because of the type of color that had been used on it in the past, it ended up being a really long process, but Candace never made me feel bad about it and never cut corners. There were multiple tweaks she made along the way to make sure the color came out beautifully. I am so happy with the way my hair turned out and I will absolutely be going back to Candace in the future (already excited about next appointment!). If you are looking for someone who knows her stuff, is dedicated, and a ton of fun to hang out with while you get your hair done, I highly recommend her!
I was also impressed with the salon as a whole. Having worked at a salon/​spa as a receptionist a number of years ago, I tend to bring that perspective (scrutiny?) when I am in a new salon. This salon is beautiful and clean, and the girls all have a great rapport — very professional and they seem to all get along great! Such a wonderful atmosphere.

I have been coming to this salon for about 5 years now never once ever had a complaint or bad experience. Candace has always done my hair and she’s absolutely AMAZING at what she does. I can always trust her with anything to do with my hair and she’s done such a great job every single time! Wouldn’t let anyone else ever touch my hair and again never a complaint on my end ever with her. Have referred several people to Candace, even my mom, to her and all have been happy with the end results :) a really nice environment to be in with all the ladies and everyone is always super friendly!

I love this salon! I have been to so many salons since relocating to Redlands from San Luis Obispo, CA… this one may just be the one where I land! It’s nicely done but not trying too hard to be cool… so you’ll still be able to pay your mortgage after a haircut! I had my hair cut by Monica and came to her by a referral from a woman I met at Trader Joe’s. Monica is now cutting my three year old and five year old’s hair and doing an amazing job and she’s chatting with my girls and she clearly has so much patience!
It has been three weeks since I had mine cut and I still love it! Give them a call for an appointment, you’ll be glad you did!

Kathy is AMAZING. I’ve been seeing her for all my hair care needs for over 10 years. She is so friendly and always does exactly what I want. She knows my style and knows what will look best. I moved to Texas 3 years ago and I still will wait until I can come home to see her. She explains exactly what she’s doing and has plenty of pics of her work on Instagram so you know the quality of work she does. I recommend her to everyone. She’s worth it!

I followed Kathy to J Randall from another salon in redlands. J Randall is always clean and everyone is always so nice! There are always refreshments available and they really try to make you as comfortable as possible.

A week before my wedding my hair stylist decided to cancel on me, so a close friend of mine sent me to the person who does her hair at J Randall. Candice squeezed me into her schedule last minute to cut and style my hair for the first time the day of my wedding! My hair is very long and flat, so I asked her to layer my hair a lot, and she did an amazing job! When I ask for layers, every hairstylist I have been to is always afraid (it seems like) to do it because they give me about 2 inches of layers. I explained this to Candice and she layered my hair how I had been wanting it for the longest time! Then when she styled my hair for the wedding it came out perfectly and held for as long as I needed it to! It was a little nerve racking cutting and getting your hair styled by somebody new the day of your wedding, but Candice did an amazing job and I would recommend her to anybody!:)

I love this salon. I’ve been coming here for two years. All of the stylist’s are really friendly and professional. No stuck up «everyone is below me» attitudes here.
I go to Kathy. She is amazing. I met her at the gym, asked who did her hair and she told me she did! I booked an appointment right away. I’ve been extremely happy with the way she cuts, colors, and styles my hair. I have terrible, fine, dry, straight hair that she somehow brings to life!!!

This classy salon is tucked away in a nice area of Redlands. The shop is new, clean and inviting. I followed Kathy there when she moved from another Redlands salon. I have been coming to her for several years now. I have never been happier with a hairdresser. She is up with all of the current styles and is able to see what needs to be done and to do it expertly. She does cut and color for me. When I came to her my hair was a mess and now people frequently ask where I get my hair done so they can go there too. She is very accommodating and reliable. I like the atmosphere of the shop. Everyone has been friendly and professional.

The best salon in the Inland Empire! The owners really created a beautiful and comfortable place for their clients and the stylists who are part of the salon.
The salon is full of exceptional stylists, so go and find the right one for you. My stylist is Janell and I won’t get my hair done by anyone else since I found her. Love love love this place!

Candice did my hair here in March. She was referred to me by my coworkers. I wanted a service that was extensive and she talked me out of what I wanted and into something that was a «quicker» version. In hindsight I should have trusted my instincts and stuck with my plan because it is now taking months to achieve the color I want. My problem wasn’t with her work. She did a good job with my hair. When I left the salon I made my next appointment with her. A few days before this appointment she text me with a cancelation notice. Did not reschedule. In fact I had to keep following up with her to reschedule with no definite answer from her on when she could reschedule. After contacting her 3 – 4 times I went to a different salon. What really bothered me about the experience was when one of my coworkers tells me Candice bragged to her about «blowing me off». Very unprofessional!

I love getting my hair done here! Friendly stylists and I walk out feeling amazing. Very resonance prices too. You should definitely check them out

I just love April at J Randall Salon. My family and I have been getting our hair done by April for almost 20 years! We have known her since the beginning! I haven’t yet been to the new location… but I look forward to it in the near future. Also the other stylists are AWESOME! Everyone is really friendly! HIGHLY recommend April! :)
