The reason I am giving three stars is because the staff member I dealt with was not very knowledgeable. I’ll start off with I’m not a skinny woman, but I’m not huge. I asked to be fitted, to see what the lady would reccomend me to wear. When she measured me, she told me I looked to be a 40 B. I was a little shocked and asked her if she felt that was right and she said yes. She gave me a bra to try on and it was too small in the cup and too large around. I told her I usually wear a DD cup with a 36 around. She gave me that to try and it was perfect. I was searching the store and found many cute bras, to only be told that they’d have to order one online for me because my bust size is one they don’t normally carry in stores in select variety. They had plain nude colored bras in my size, anything fun was in sizes A, B, and C. Mostly smaller cup sizes in this store, which is disappointing when in search for a bra that day.
So for any larger girls out there, this isn’t the most friendly shop for you. It caters well to smaller girls for in store. I have done online shopping and their bras are great and always fit nicely for any cup size. For bigger women, this store, I would consider a hit or miss.

My favorite place to shop. At any occasion I always ask hubby to bring me here and get goodies. I love their body by Victoria multiway bra and only wear them. I spend $ 60 on each bra, and love their panties for comfort. Not kidding when I say that I’m always ignored when I come in. Maybe because I’m in my work clothes most of the time? Should that matter though? For the last 5 times I’ve been in, someone at the register always asks if someone has helped me, and NO, no one ever does. Blonde girl at the fitting room loves to not help, and there’s an older brunette that looks like she’s always mad. I’ve never had this problem at other locations such as the Arden mall and Roseville Galleria in Sacramento area.

Love their push up bras!

I don’t like to write bad reviews but I really feel there needs to be a change.
I’ve shopped in many different Victoria locations. I am an Angel card holder. The Redding location is full of employees with half the product and lack of priority when checking customers out. I walk around the store and was asked several times if I need help. Then when I got in line I stood in there for an easy 10 mins or more, while the employees walked around and seemed to hardly notice me and others standing there. They seem very eager to help you pick out your items and less eager to value you’re time and money. It is often that I stand in line a long time to pay for my items. Last week I saw a lady put down at least $ 100 dollar worth of stuff and leave because she waited so long. I did the same thing this week. Don’t shop in the store if at all possible. The website has much more to offer and does free shipping often.

Hello I have to say there is limited shopping here in Nor Cal. This is a great place for Yoga clothes, bra’s, undies, anything casual and cute. If you need a present for a local teen girl great place to buy cute casual wear or fun summer bags. So although it’s not an amazing place it’s one of the best up here. Otherwise head to Sac or SF.

Staff is very helpful. I just wish it had more f a selection, this store is very small.
But so is redding so what an you do.

Worst Victorias Secret ever! One the staff members needs to remember she works in customer service/​retail. I didn’t appreciate the rude and tacky attitude. This store doesn’t have much to offer either.

Ive always been fascinated with Victoria Secret, from when Tyra Banks was strutting her stuff down the catwalk in them.
Sooo to finally get to store it was like a dream! All the nickers and bras were laid out nicely and color coordinated as well, which made you want to look through them.
They had a offer on knickers and thongs which was five for $ 25 which I thought was good. I still got them now, and they are still wearable.
I also bought a PINK water bottle, its a big bottle and good for when i go to the gym, from what i remember i got that for £12.
From the time I stepped in the store and from the time I left the customer service was excellent.
When I go back to America, I’m definitely making a trip to Victoria Secret.
