This is by far the most fun and effective mix of stretching and burning calories I have ever done. Michele has such amazing energy and motivates you through the entire workout. I highly recommend this to someone looking for a change in their workout routine or looking for a fun exciting way to burn calories and meet new friends. I know I’m hooked!

I cannot stress how happy I am to find this class! Personally, I have much room for improvement with fitness and I am excited about my new me that is taking shape. This class is amazing and I am over the top impressed. The instructor(Michele) has the impressive ability to lead a large group and yet make it individualized; encouraging, motivating, taking note of previous or existing injuries and watching our individual form to prevent injuries. Love this class and excited for 5:30 — tonight!

This class is AWESOME! I have a Labrum tear in my hip. I have not been able to do any physical exercise for a year and half which has been very difficult since I love to exercise. I heard about the class and decided to give it a try. I started off slow, you can go at your pace in this class which is great. This class has been amazing, it has helped me build all the muscles in my hip area which in return has helped my healing process with the platelet injections. I have no pain and love this class… Great Workout and Michele the instructor is AWESOME!

Michele is a wonderful instructor. I’m not the most athletic or fit person but, was able to do the workouts and leave feeling AWESOME! During my first class I felt that I couldn’t finish, by my 3rd class I was really starting to get the hang of it. With each class you will become stronger and more confident with your abilities. Just don’t give up! Great for your mind & body! Highly recommend… You will love her classes!

HauteBarre is the total body workout I have been searching for. The class is tightly structured and Michele demonstrates both beginning and advanced movements to match individual strength levels. I have taken many dance and fitness classes, and I appreciate that Michele gets the class moving right away and keeps the energy high. I love, love the class. I regret that I cannot get to class often enough because of other commitments.

Amazing workout. An injury caused me to look for a different kind of workout(I had been doing P90 and Insanity) and I stumbled onto this bar class. I get the best workout from it and it does not hurt my joints. Michelle, The instructor is incredible.

Michelle is gorgeous and inspirational as an instructor. Her geniuses is a class that is a full body workout while accommodating individual fitness levels. I am definitely stronger and more flexible since taking her class. The best part is the ballerina twirl when we change sides at the barre.

Great workout! It is different from anything else I have done. It combines ballet, cardio, and pilates. Really works on control and strengthening. I was reluctant to try it and finally did. I love it because I feel like I have really worked out and had fun doing it. Michelle is great, very encouraging and you can see yourself getting stronger as you go. I agree with the first review also, the women are good group to work out with.
