Cresco Equipment Rentals

Unreliable, unprofessional. We called them a day in advance to rent an extension ladder and have it delivered and picked up from a job site. They agreed for a $ 50/​delivery fee and a $ 50/​pick up fee — which was fine. I get to Cresco the next day to complete the paperwork and they can’t follow through. Not able to deliver/​pick up — and they really couldn’t care.
Don’t rent from these clowns. If I could give them no stars that would be too much.

Customer Service is TOP NOTCH!!! This is my first time renting from Cresco. I was referred by a friend and THRILLED with them. I called a day ahead to reserve the machine I thought I needed, but after speaking with Ron, I understood I needed another more managable machine instead. The item was waiting for me when I arrived and Ron greeted me, remembering who I was and what I needed. The machine was loaded onto our truck and the operation of it explained to me. The branch manager Ken Waite asked if I felt comfortable with the machine and I thought I had. However, when I got the machine to our business I was a tad confused. I called Ken and he drove down to my business to show my worker and me in person. After living in the Bay Area where customer service is a lost art, Cresco reminded me there are still businesses with the small town customer service we all long for. I HIGHLY Recommend the Redding Cresco. We WILL be back as well as sharing our experience with others for their business and personal rental needs.

This is an amazing Rental company! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable. They helped me find the right equipment I needed and made sure I knew how to use it as well before I left. They even helped me load it in and out of my car when I picked it up/​dropped it off. And when we needed a larger piece for our home project, they helped us out with a trailer as well. Best customer service I have ever received. I would recommend them to anyone small or larger project they have it or can find it! I would 100% use them again!
