I LOVE the new owners! Much better store now. They even offered to order me something they don’t usually carry… at a GREAT price. So happy Red Bluff has a professional music store. I’ll drive from Redding just for the service every time now.

Wow. That doesn’t sound like them at all. I bought 2 speaker cords there, but had to return them a week or so later(still in the packaging). My purchase was just over $ 40. I was expecting to get store credit, because of the amount, but they gave me a full cash refund, no problem.

When Dan was there it was great and he always treated people very well. The new owner is condescending and rude. He had no way of knowing this, but I was a professional musician for 25 years(union) and he treated me like crap. Maybe I don’t look like a rock star, but come on.

I’ve been patronizing this business for 20 plus years… well, no more. I attempted to take back a $ 5 capo that would not work effectively and was told matter-of-factly by the owner that I could not get my money back — in store credit only. Really?! For $ 5 you lost a lifetime customer; I have not been back and will not return. Updated 10.15.15: The original owner of Sky River which I had a less than favorable experience with as a customer, I’ve learned no longer owns this business. I had the pleasure of meeting the current proprietor recently and am looking forward to returning my patronage to our local music store.
