The rice was flavorless, it just tastes like oil and the honey chicken was really mushy although the sauce wasn’t too bad. The crab Rangoon tasted alright but looked weird and the sweet n sour sauce was nasty. They don’t deliver or at least not 8 mins away!!! I won’t be going back.

Everything was very good for take-​out. Lemon chicken is my favorite and if you happen to get a breaded chicken dish of any kind like Orange chicken, General Tso, etc, do not worry about getting a small cube or tiny chunk of meat surrounded in a disgusting, massively thick and spongy «fried» exterior like I’ve had at some other places around town.

This is a great little Chinese restaurant on the east side of Raytown in Woodson Village.
You can eat in or get your food to go.
I have only ever gotten two things their general chicken and sesame chicken and both were great.

This Place Is Horrible I order Carry out shrimp fried rice and crab R my food wasn’t done rice was hard I’m mad I wasted $ 12 the place smelled like the sewer that was really a turn off!!!

So after hearing my son speak about this place I decided to give this place a try.
Tried the Shrimp Fried Rice and Crab Rangoon both really good the food taste fresh

They were fast, portions were large, but the General Tso chicken was gross. The sauce was watery, the meat tough and the breading was super soggy. No one in my family would eat more than 1 piece, and we usually love this dish. We got pork fried rice, which was pretty good, the crab rangoon was strangely hard as a rock on the top, the chicken lo mein was better than most, and my husband liked the boneless spare ribs, but I thought they were super tough. Maybe that’s how they are supposed to be? I don’t know. We might come back and order just rice and lo mein in the future.
Also, the restaurant smelled like cigarette smoke.

As a Raytown native, when a new place opens up, I have to check it out. Just like the rest of the Woodson Village Shopping Area, the exterior of Raytown To-​Go is nothing to gawk at and will have you second guessing whether you should step inside or not.
Once inside, you will find a rather charming and clean interior. The music is soft and the tables are sparkling clean.
I ordered the fried dumplings and the shrimp fried rice. The food came out quickly. While definitely not on the same level of my favorite Kin Lin or New Peking in Kansas CIty, Raytown To-​Go was surprisingly tasty.
If you’re in the area and are craving Chinese, check the place out!

I really enjoyed the whole experience and the staff is really friendly, super clean, and very modern décor for the area it’s in. I had the steamed dumplings, and they were the biggest, fullest, most awesome dumplings I’ve ever had, I mean smack your mama good! I nearly got full from a half order! Their dumpling sauce is most delicious too, but be sure to ask for one extra sauce, they don’t give you much of it. Oh and if you can swing it get you a small order of boneless spare ribs, meat candy!

Great new spot in Raytown for Chinese food. The food is delicious, the staff very friendly & the service is fantastic. We have become regulars here. Never leaving without the steamed dumplings!
From the time of ordering & getting our food is usually never more than 20 minutes That is ordering in store. Like I said, fantastic service!
Definitely recommend this spot!
