I took my car here because I needed someplace close with a good reputation. I was not dissapointed. They promptly diagnosed and fixed the issue that another shop screwed up. The price was very fair.
The person that works in the front (sorry I forgot names) was great. He’s an excellent communicator that put me at ease. The mechanic even introduced himself and discussed the issue with me.
The place had a small town feel that I really liked. They were nice to me and my kid, and I’ll definitely be back.

It’s hard to find an honest auto shop. So far, Laurel Heights has been really fair to my wife and I … on at least two occasions they have gone beyond the norm and have found cheaper (but just as effective) ways to repair issues with our vehicles. We have taken our cars there on 6 occasions so far and were happy each and every time. I’ll continue to update this posting as we visit through time.
