Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This is the best Olive Garden in the country. Seriously. :) best staff, best food. You come in hungry, and leave smiling and full. Our waitress was Alisee (sorry if I spelled that wrong) but amazing service. Thank you!

Really impressed. Good food, great and quick service. Pleasantly surprised. A little stingy on the breadsticks considering we are paying 20 bucks a plate for pasta, but overall good.

Soup, salad & breadsticks. Enough said. They’re all the same, this one is as nice as any other OG I’ve been to.

Don’t know if I was very hungry or what, but this was the best meal I’ve ever had at ANY Olive Garden… you can’t miss w/​the salad, I had a Chicken & Shrimp/​Bacon dish (GREAT)…& OMG the Pumpkin Cheesecake was mind blowing…& they had a Kiwi Melon Lemonata that was delicious

Salad and breadsticks were great as always. Server was a little goofy as he used the same canned intro with everyone but he worked hard and did a good job. Entrees were typical OG, good but not great. Prices are on the high side but they could be worse.

We ate at Olive Garden on 06/​30/​2015 and Shaun K was our server. We had just driven 14 hours from Chicago and we were starving. Our room was not ready so we looked for something to eat and decided on Olive Garden. We got there and Shaun was very friendly and accommodating, served us promptly and we had the best meal ever!!! Thanks Shaun!

Oh my gosh what a great experience!
If you come here make absolute sure to ask for Cole. He is hands down the best waiter we have every had anywhere! Being a Saturday night they were slammed and he never once left us hanging. When he did come around he was very polite and attentive. Being as busy as they were he came around just the right amount of times.
It wasn’t only our table he was great with. We made sure to watch the other tables of his that we could see and he was just as great with those as well. Every wait staff in the world should aspire to be a great as Cole.
And Cole if you’re reading this we truly hope to see you next time!
On a final note he brought the most amazing bowl of zuppa I have ever seen!

We were in town visiting relatives and they brought us here. Even though the waiter was a nice young man our experience with him was terrible as far as service goes. He came by and asked if we wanted more Salad/​Bread Sticks and we all said yes…15 minutes later still staring at empty bowl and plates. When he walked up and didn’t acknowledge he never brought more Salad we just told him to forget it because hopefully our meals were close to being done, he just said «ok I can do that». Meals come and we ask for more Bread Sticks… says I’ll be right back with those…¾ of our meals were done and he brings them. He starts cleaning up cleaning out and we remind him our meals came with deserts… off he goes and returns with no spoons… wait 5 – 6 minutes for spoons. He take my credit card and returns in a bit and hands me 2 black folders and says «was yours the Chase or Visa»…that’s not how you treat people’s credit cards ! Ok now on top of all of that my 3 Meat Fetti was terrible… it wasn’t fresh and bone dry but the other 3 meals were fine. I was pretty disappointed at this point and the sad thing is I’m way easy going and not a picky eater !

We have eaten here twice and the service and friendly staff show that this place must have a great management team. Marcus is THE BEST WAITER! Good food, good drinks…

Great service which you don’t always get with a large chain restaurant. Very very accommodating for gluten free and dairy free options! Can’t go wrong with pasta

The menu card is so big that i could not choose what i wanted to eat. At last i took an pizza and it was delicious. I took the special drink they made there and it was unbelivable tasty. Its worth a visit because the staff was so nice and friendley!

We have eaten at more then 20 different Olive Garden and some were not as good as others. This was one of the best. Our server was just right for speed and attention. She was kind to give us some local information for our vacation.
If you like Olive Garden your we like this one.

This is your average chain restaurant. The food is overpriced and tastes like a TV dinner

Did the soup and salad and a side of Alfredo sauce for dipping. Soup was good, service was friendly but slow and sauce was cold. Overall not a fan of any olive gardens.

What a difference a year makes. Last year this place was easily in the terrible category. Today we went the salads were fresh, service was outstanding, and the food was beyond reproach. Soup Salad and Breadsticks are my mainstay food there and easily worth the value.

It was pretty good and it’s just like any other Olive Garden. The service was pretty good as well…
You have to remember that you are in Rapid City and you are limited to a few quality dinning restaurants here…

Food was ok. Little weird getting chopped olives in salad. The restaurant was freezing cold and it took 5 complaints to get management to do anything. Mysore was literallycovering herself with a napkin. Staff not very accommodating.
