We traveled in bad weather and had issue with brothers eye… Scratched it… they saw him fairly fast… come on it is medicine. Facility was fantastic and he was treated well. I can only speak for myself and I was not seen but they seemed to take good care and fast service with spur of the moment drop in! Thanks for your help!

I had iLASIK surgery performed by BHREI this week. They provided a free evaluation to ensure that I was a good candidate before I committed to the surgery.
The staff were all very helpful answering my questions and discussing my concerns. They informed me of my options, explained what the process would be and what I should expect.
The procedure itself was very quick. The surgeon explained each step as they were doing it. Family members are allowed to watch the procedure if they choose to, which is a great way to gross out squeamish wives ;)
I received a follow up call from the Doctor the night following the surgery which was a nice surprise and great example of how they care about their patients. They also provided me with all of the doctor’s cell phone numbers in case I had questions after hours.
So far, the results I have experienced have more than met my expectations.
While the price was a bit above average from what I’ve seen, but I felt that the care they provided was well worth the extra cost.
The free cookies were also a nice touch :)
