One of the better pizza places in the area. The prices are a bit higher then I think they should be but the food is consistently good. The mussels are really good, as well as the chicken caesar wrap. There are a lot of pizza choices and I have liked most of the ones I ordered. They never make it well-done even though I ask but it’s still better then most of the places around here.

What a great find. The wait staff was very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. And the portion sizes were huge, you have to come here with a empty stomach if you think you’re going to finish the mail. plenty of parking in the front and the rear. my only minuscule gripe would be that want to got busy it took forever to refill our drinks. I will definitely be back and I recommend you try this place!

Extremely over priced. Entrees lacking flavor and pizza not as good as it used to be. Their pasta fagioli tastes like they dumped a bucket of salt in it. The final straw for me with this place is when I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza which comes with blue cheese on it. Due to their insanely long delivery times I requested the blue cheese on the side. After paying the driver I went inside and saw on the receipt they charged me $ 2 extra for the side of blue cheese. Somehow the owners of this dump deem it logical to charge extra for something on the side instead of putting it on the pizza.

Food is just ok. Got a sausage scromboli and couldn’t find the sausage. Very lacking. For $ 9 you get little meat and if you substitute equivalent they charge.

I ordered a lentil soup to go yesterday afternoon. I left half of it for today’s lunch and found a rock in it. It was such a great soup… how is there a rock in my soup? I’m disgusted. Please watch what you put in your mouth thoroughly when eating here. I could’ve chipped a tooth.

Made a reservation for a 16-person party that they didn’t honor. Our table was still occupied when we arrived and we were told to «wait or leave». This reservation was made 3 months in advance and confirmed several times, including the previous day. Management was rude and didn’t attempt in any way to remedy the situation or even take responsibility for their mistake. *Would never give this place my business or recommend anybody else give them business.

Worst business ever. We had a party planned tonight for 15 people. We got there and there was no table ready. We came from out of town and had a pre fix menu. The owner could have cared less about having no table available. We left and went to Dante’s in Mendham and had a great meal. I will never go back there.

We booked a 60th birthday party 2 months in advance. Picked the menu and called in advance to say we were on the way. The owner gave our table away. He couldn’t have cared less. «You don’t want to wait, leave. We were 16 people. This guy doesn’t deserve to be in business. I advise anybody planning to go to be aware, the owner won’t honor your reservation. Nobody in our group will spend 5 cents in this dump again.

When 18 of us decided to get together after a soccer game for dinner, I wasn’t optimistic that we’d find a place on a Saturday night that could accommodate. But, they did and it was great! The restaurant was crowded, but with a little accommodation and compromise, we were able to seat two large groups. Appetizers were great and came quickly(a secret to keeping a large group happy). It was great to see such a broad menu selection that accommodated the diverse palettes, from pizza with clams, to soups, salads, pastas and full entrees. Loved it. And the fact that it was BYO helped. Five stars for the food, promptness of service and overall experience.

Food is ok… and they deliver so that’s a plus. But every pizza we order the bottom is always burnt on half! Every time! 15 $ for a plain cheese pizza is a lot to start but 15 $ for half a burnt pie is kind of a downer.

This place is dear to my boyfriend’s heart but I just don’t feel the same. When you serve cavatelli and broccoli in some creamy sauce and not just loads of garlic and oil(as the menu stated…) then I just can’t… When I get added chicken to my dish I don’t just expect chunks of chicken in my dish. Maybe a little seasoning on the chicken?

First of all, BYOB! On to the food… we had calamari for appetizers, and a few different dishes. I had the Fusilla Alla Joe, which was super delicious. Their portions are pretty huge, even the calamari was a lot. I love the fact that my pasta was fresh. The service and staff were good, and very excited(but almost knocked over our bottle of wine). The only thing that really bothered me was our server did not know how to properly pour wine(not that our wine was anything fancy shmancy). He should have TWISTED the bottle as he LIFTED it up after pouring so the wine droplets would not go everywhere.(Especially with a large group, all the droplets of wine that dripped on the mantle could probably equate to a glass.) And, this works with anything that is bottled anyway. It’s much neater. ALSOOOO, whoever our server was, he needed to enunciate and speak a little bit slower. I didn’t quite catch the specials. I would give it a 3.5, but Unilocal doesn’t like doing halfsies.

Went here for lunch the second day of my business trip, our hosts do a great job in knowing the local fare of this area. Not used to East coast pizza, good stuff. One slice is plenty for lunch, would definitely venture off interstate to eat there again if I make back to NJ again.

FORTE This is the best restaurant in the area, hands down. The service is fabulous the food very, very tasty,. This is the only restaurant in the NJ suburbs(which we have found) that compares with some of the best restaurants in NY city, I also had them cater food for my sons graduation party and the food was amazing, on time, and my guests and I were very happy, Thanks to Vinnie and his crew. MUSTTRY

I haven’t had the pizza here, yet — although the selection of pre-made slices all looked delicious and fresh. FOOD: I was exceptionally hungry, and on my first visit — I got one of the Egg Sandwich which was definitely good enough to split for two people. This sandwich had scrambled egg, peppers, thin sliced potatoes, sausage, pepperoni, and topped with mozzarella cheese. It reminded me of a breakfast sandwich on a roll. Make sure that if you order this, you ask for«everything» on it — this means they would give you everything ingredient(that i listed above) as on the menu description — if not, they would just give you boring old eggs and peppers on a roll. Why? Apparently, most people prefer that — than the actual offering on the menu. Another person on my table got a Cobb Salad — which seemed appetizing. Only critiques from my perspective is that — the egg in the salad had a green ring between the yolk and the white, which means that they over cooked the egg, and consequently has that exaggerated sulfury taste. Also the Avocados were slightly brown and over ripened. I’ll be sure to return, and may even get the Egg Sandwich again.

We have ordered delivery from here when visiting my parents and thought the food was good. But the last time I was in Morris County, we ordered take out. I was really surprised at how nice this place is and by the variety of pizza by the slice. My bro in law always gets the Chicken Francese sandwich and my sis likes the pear and goat cheese salad. I got one of the pasta dishes with pancetta and thought it was really good. But next time, I’m ordering a slice. Not only were there several choices of toppings, but the slices looked very substantial. There is a separate formal dining area, which is probably much pricier than the pizza parlor section. I thought it was pretty neat to have both options under one roof. Pricing is reasonable and staff was very nice on the pizza parlor side. Don’t know about the formal dining area as I haven’t tried it. I wish a Forte would open up in Bergen County!
