Eyecare Etc

I was coming here for three years. I came in for a routine eye exam, I waited 15 minutes and was punctual and then I was told by the main receptionists to come back in 15 minutes later. I came back 15 minutes later and I was told again to wait 15 minutes by the same receptionists. I told the main receptionist this was unprofessional, and she just looked at me and said ok. I don’t understand the ethics of this place, but it seems that they are more concerned with sales rather than providing professional eye healthcare services. In addition, all of this could have been avoided by a simple call notifying me to reschedule. There was no apology letter or even a phone call. I have moved to Randolph Eye Associates Inc. I’ve been working in the medical field for 15 years as a Public Heath epidemiologists/​analyst, and I’ am sorry to say this is a one of the major barriers/​concerns in healthcare.

Both I and my children have been going to see Dr. Snow for years now and have always had a pleasant experience. She was recommended to me by my mom. She is sweet and personable but at the same time, businesslike and professional. Having an 11 year old son, frequent replacements are unavoidable, so the reasonable pricing is key. Occasionally Dr. Snow runs behind, but when you’re in her chair you realize why. It’s because she takes her time and does a thorough job. It’s a local business that worth a look.

The best little eyecare professional around. Very competitive pricing and outstanding service. The dont even mind if I bring my own additional frames in for new lenses. No hard sell here they are friendly and there no pressure.

It was my first time here and I loved it! I’m into supporting the locals in the community and I thought that Dr. Snow was very personable. I enjoyed talking to her while getting my eye exam. Place is nice and clean to me!

My family has been going here for years and has always had wonderful service. Dr. Snow-​Williams is fantastic.

The worst service I have ever had! Stay away! This shop is a FLOP!!!
