We’ve been purchasing our phones here for years now. The main reason is because of Hadi, the Store Manager. We trust him and feel he cares about what’s best for us. Thanks Hadi!

Staff were very helpful to me when buying some pieces to improve my home cinema experience. I found out later that I didn’t need all of the pieces and the return process was very simple. A good store that I will use again.

Shady. Went last night with son to buy replacement cord for his beats. Was told by salesman they did not carry beats accessories, but had something that would work. I asked twice if the product was compatible with beats and was assured it was. I even bought the purchase protection plan from this smooth talker. Got the cord home and it was not the correct cord. Husband went to return cord with son and explained it was not compatible with beats. Same salesman was there and said «I remember you. I told you we didn’t carry that.» Huh? Avoid.

Gizmos and gadgets! Not as good as the old rvac in el toro, but their gone and probly was a fire hazzard too!!!

I have always purchased my cords and adapters and such at this location. The manager is very helpful and the staff courteous but not welcoming and very slow.
The problem is that there is a level of apathy of late at this location.
There is no acknowledgement when I walk in the door as one would typically find in retail and likewise the help is not very knowledgeable about electronics of all things. This is based on several visits by the way.
I am a single woman and quite often I have no clue what I need — in this case I get more guidance from the counter at Target! The last straw was when I purchased a simple speaker cord to hook my iphone in the accessory port of my car stereo. The cord went mono after a week so I brought it back without the receipt. The cord was still bent as though it just came out of the package and had the radio shack logo — it looked brand new. They would not exchange it without a receipt! It would not have cost the store a dime as all they had to do was send it back as defective and get a free replacement themselves. It was laziness and apathy. Very disappointing for what should be a friendly neighborhood electronics store…

Walked in for a charger for my old Sony camera and walked out with a brand new Nikon D40 and about $ 500 lighter.
You see, I have a hard time saying «no» when you combine a hundred dollar discount with the words «this is the last one». Sucker, right? Maybe, but «Kyle» was a great help. I’ve wanted one of these cameras for a while and he walked me through the set up and operation of it like a pro.
I know it’s not a glamorous Unilocal but a girl has her earphone, battery and power adapter needs and Radio Shack has all these things in one small but convenient place. The guys at this location couldn’t be more helpful and pleasant to deal with.
