Hands down, our families favorite restaurant. We’ve been coming here for about 4 years now, and I often wonder why it took us so long to try it out considering we’ve lived in the area for 10 years. Staff is very friendly and the food is really good.

This was our first time here but heard good things. We were seated quickly albeit a very noisy spot and our service was very attentive.
I did get a bit of a shock when the menu prices did not match the online menu. Im assuming that the online is several years old? For example dishes that were listed 17.95 were now 24.95, a 40% plus difference! They need to update their online menu as it borders on false advertising.
I must say everyone seemed to like the food they ordered. I had the cioppino and it was up there with the best I’ve had–

I have been coming here regularly ever since I can remember. The bread is incredible. I love the chicken tortilla soup (it’s a bummer it’s only served Fri & Sat). The staff is always polite and accommodating in every way! Cute location. They are moving to a bigger space close by, but I will miss the outdoor vibe in this one.

Had a wonderful dinner with friends, food was very tasty and the service was great. Waitress was very friendly and checked on us with just the right frequency. She even offered to split our bill out for us when she saw us trying to split it out ourselves. She got each persons bill right! Only drawback is it was a little loud because the place was packed.

I am a New Yorker and grew up in a Italian Family… this place is delish. The fig&pancetta flatbread was so good. I ordered a classic; chicken parm with spaghetti– very good. The service was excellent.

I’m not sure why I’ve only been here twice — this place is great. The food is really good with some interesting twists along side the usual favorites. The bread with olive oil and seasonings is so good– super fresh. The prices are a lot less than Peppinos, which is our usual place when we feel like Italian food. We will be back — they have a great patio for seating.

Waited for our food for an hour and my wife have to go inside and ask for crushed peppers and the parmesian. Too many hostess that just stands there instead of helping the busboy to clean and prepare the table.

Great place, be patient, have a glass of wine, food will be out soon and taste great. Prices are good, food is great!

The food is delicious, but what really made it an exceptional experience was the staff. We arrive tonight (Saturday night) at 5:40pm after Saddleback Church services. We were warmly greeted when we entered and were told it was about a 20 minute wait inside, but we could be seated immediately outside under a heat lamp. That sounded fine for us. We told our hostess that this was our first visit and she smiled and said «you’ll be back!» We loved the smile and the confidence. She also told us they would be move to another spot in the center in May to make us aware.
Kyle was our server and he had a big smile and was very friendly. We told him we were new and found this place on Unilocal.He walked us through the menu and shared some of his favorite dishes and pointed out the most popular dishes. He took our drink order and we had our drink and basket of delicious bread within minutes.
I had the chicken parm and hubby had the truffle shrimp pasta. The chicken parm came with a Caesar salad and cooked veggies. Every was excellent. I was especially impressed with the chicken breast as it was moist and tender. So many restaurants overcook their chicken. The chefs here know how to cook chicken to perfection. The truffle shrimp pasta was very delicious in a white sauce that wasn’t too heavy.
Kyle was attentive without being overly attentive. He struck a nice balance. The gentleman who kept our water full and bused the tables was a delight. He asked my husband if he could take his plate (after he had finished) and then asked with a smile «are you happy?» Hubby said, «I’m very happy.» Bus guy said «if you’re happy, I’m happy» and walked off with the dirty plates. Nice.
They have these small bites of dessert available (as well as a larger version). Kyle brought us a small bite of the chocolate cake and the carrot cake. Both were very nice! We love that they have small desserts.
Wow! What a wonderful dining experience. Our hostess was right when she said «you’ll be back!»

We eat here weekly and absolutely love it. The patio dining is lovely and the service is always great. The food is consistently good, although sometimes the dinner salads are skimpy. Love the no corkage fee and hope they carry it over to their new location. Prices are very reasonable. Great for parties of 2 or 20. Can’t go a week without my Tutto fix! Thanks Dan and staff.
Just a suggestion, keep candles on the outside tables all the time and not just for special occasions.

I absolutely love this restaurant. We come here every week. I get a little irritated when the salads with the dinners come out and they’re really skimpy on the lettuce. I am a salad person so I really like my salads. It’s very inconsistent. Other than that I have absolutely no complaints. The servers are great. Always attentive and friendly. Love the no corkage fee on the first two bottles. Thank you so much for that. Can’t wait to see the new place.

Our favorite italian all around. Ravioli, shrimp pasta and the lil breads they bring to dip in oil are yum. Prepare to get stuffed.

The price of the food doesn’t correlate with the quality & quantity of food you receive. Amazing experience, great wine list & unreal service (thank you Brett & Kyle!) This is my new spot!

Came here for dinner the other night with my husband and another married couple. I am disappointed because I do not live close by and therefore cannot come to eat here more often. Everything about this place was amazing, from the décor and ambiance, to the waitstaff… and the food… I ordered the seasonal pumpkin lasagna. I feel it’s safe to say it may be one of the best pasta dishes ever, from anywhere. It was soooo good. I want to go back.

Tutto Fresco is a cute Italian restaurant next to Cinepolis and Panera Bread in the Target /​Trader Joes shopping center.
Today was my 3^rd time dining but I haven’t been in awhile. I have my mind set on my favorite go to Italian fix and locally it would be Roman Cucina. But every now and then we expand our options.
My family and I came during the lunch hour and the weather was perfect. So we decided to eat outside as they have a cute outdoor patio seating area.
They serve complimentary fresh fococcia in a basket and have a herb infused olive oil as a great bread dip.
Heres what we ordered:
Calamari Fritta– Plate was oily and collected alot of the oil drippings. It seemed like they literally put the calamari on the serving plate straight from the fryer without absorbing the excess oil. Other than that, it was good and had a flavorful marinera and white herb sauce on the side.
Camera Pasta– So good and flavorful with the carmelized onions, sun dried tomatoes and pine nuts. Flavors remind me of the Rigatoni D from Maggianos.
Would definitely order this dish again!
Grilled Shrimp Brie And Berry Salad– Salad was so refreshing and delicious. Great combos of flavors with the Brie and strawberries then the Spice of the shrimp over arugula. Would have liked more of a generous portion on this salad but overall I enjoyed it.
Crème Brule–
Yummy and creamy with hints of orange topped with strawberry slices.
Overall this is a great local Italian restaurant. The service was outstanding from the hostess to our server. Our server was punctual and very sweet. Tutto Fresco also offers a great variety of lunch specials till 3pm. Will definitely be back.

What an incredible experience my Mother and I shared here tonight!!! Dan the General Manager was very welcoming and personable, he came by the table to be sure we were pleased with the dishes we ordered, asking if there was anything they could bring us to enhance our meals. The appetizers were just scrumptious, (stuffed mushrooms and eggplant rollatini) and the roasted vegetable pizza the best pizza I have ever tasted, and I’m from New York City. Mom had the shrimp & lobster with a red sauce, and it couldn’t have been more delicious. I can’t imagine anyone having a bad experience here, even the atmosphere was lovely and the music in the background a plus. The restaurant quickly filled up with what seemed to be regulars, and the outside patio was completely full with a private party we noticed as we left.
Brett our server was adorable and so attentive, we were made to feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant. The Tiramisu we ordered with our coffee for dessert was exceptional, just as good or better then Tiramisu at Ferrara’s Bakery in Little Italy, NYC, light as a feather.
Tutto Fresco is expanding and have the blue prints posted of a magnificent restaurant that will compare to one of the more elegant restaurants on the outskirts of Fashion Island. It will accompany a lot more people with a huge bar and outdoor patio on the next block over.
We enjoyed ourselves very much and with the service being so suburb and the food exceptional, we will be returning very soon, this was a real find!

Been coming to Tutto Fresco since they have been here in RSM. And today we came for my husbands bday meal. We get their bday card in the mail. But we come here often. Love the food and the service.
Our server today was Alexis and she was just fabulous. She was pleasant and sweet and very attentive. I asked her about the quinoa meal and she said your Brussel sprouts were wonderful in the quinoa dish. So I took her advice and ordered it and it was the most delicious meal! So good.
She was one of the best servers we have had here and everyone else are good too. But she just stood out.
The food here is so good. Obviously because they have been here forever. Always good and we have never had a bad meal yet.

Nice place next to movies and shopping center. Went there for lunch with my 3 kids after some some shopping. We entered and we were immediately greeted and seated. Fast, no waiting –choice of inside or outside seating. Because of the hot day, we chose inside. It was our first time here. I wanted to try it because there are certain fundraisers during the year that promote this restaurant.
The service was nice– reminded me of Dennys on a slow day. You can hear the chefs speaking Spanish to each other –probobly telling cool jokes! Wish I understood Spanish better ((= Waitresses snacking while having a quick free time before more customers come in– nice Dennys vibe– with a touch of class ((= but Dennys doesn’t have outside patio seating!
For an appetizer, I ordered the calamari. I guess, I was spoiled when we lived close to a buca de beppo– I was thinking same taste and quality of food. I didn’t get that– calamari loaded with excess oil)=
Two of my kids ordered the ravioli. They finished their plate with no room left for dessert. Lol! One ordered the fediccini Alfredo with chicken and broccoli– chicken breast tasted very dry)=. I ordered fish and pasta.
My sea bass just tasted wierd adding salt n pepper didn’t help– then I tried squeezing tons on lemon– didn’t help=/ even spooned some pasta sauce over. nope…still tastes wierd))=. Then I had to reflect on my price-​about 15 $ isn’t going to get me an awsome fish plate))= I should have ordered the lasagna)=
I don’t recommend the sea bass — unless you like the texture of fish and do not care for a wierd taste that somehow travels up your nose– like the way horseradish does lol. I also wouldn’t order the Alfredo with chicken. The Alfredo is yummy — little thick and heavy– but yummier if you didn’t have to fish out the chicken. I’d definitely be back to try more pasta dishes– especially because of the fundraising. Mange Mange! (=

This is one of my favorite lunch spots in RSM. They serve great Italian food and have several lunch specials at very affordable prices.
The service is prompt and very friendly and has a definite family owned vibe. I enjoy sitting outside on the patio under the umbrellas. But the inside is also nice, especially when the heat gets into the 90’s and above.
The panini sandwiches are a good lunch choice, but the pastas are also tasty. My favorite dish is their seafood risotto, but I typically get that for dinner since it’s more indulgent.
The great thing is that you can enjoy a casual lazy afternoon or a quick business lunch as well as a beer night out with the boys or a romantic dinner. You can make it what you want and they do them all well.

The bread was very fresh & cushy for dipping in olive oil. Their olive oil was very tasty. It’s infused with many herbs. I ended up taking a picture of it.
We ordered:
~ 2 Caesar Salads
~ Chicken parmigiana with penne pasta.
~ Vegetali & added chicken and capers
Both dishes were cooked to perfection !!
For dessert we ordered:
~ 1 Cannoli dipped in chocolate
~ 4 Mini Cake Bites
3 Chocolate & 1 Carrot Cake
I highly recommend this restaurant. The service & food was amazing !!!
