WHY WOULD YOU USE ANOTHER REAL ESTATE AGENT???
John helped my family and I find the perfect house for our needs. I guarantee this was no easy task. We worked together for about 6 months and easily looked at over 100 houses.
Through the whole process, John was pleasant, helpful and available. He always returned calls promptly. Unlike many agents, if you asked him for an opinion on a house (price, looks, etc) he gave you honest feedback. There was more than one house that we drove up to and he himself just said «let’s go to the next one».
John was so friendly and patient. My kids even started calling him Uncle John.

John is simply put, amazing. Finding a house can be very stressful. However, John makes it seem so easy. He responds phone calls, emails and text messages very promptly. He has a very user-​friendly website and can alert you of any new properties that match your needs. As tiring as it was, looking at properties was really fun because John is always so knowledgeable of the industry and organized. He would have the itinerary all planned out so you can make best use of your time looking at properties. John was kind enough to spend many nights and weekends with me looking at properties. Unlike some other realtors, John does not make you feel like you are wasting his time at all. If you do not like the property, no pressure, you move on. He is very honest and just a great man to work with! He is very personable. He really takes time to know his clients, what their needs and likes are! During my escrow, he was always on top of everything — following up with the lenders, escrow officers, and really delivered, as I closed on time! I am very happy with my current home. Even until now, he checks with me once in a while if everything is okay. John sure knows how to take care of his clients. There is NO DOUBT in my mind that he will take care of you.

John Alesi sets the standard for Customer Service. Other agents should take classes in customer service from John. He’s just that great. A year and a half after he helped us get in a home, we needed a piece of written documentation from the transaction, and he got it to us within an hour of the request. That’s what you call service after the sale!!!
