Today, I went into this store to look for good bargains as I always do. As soon as I walked in, I see the woman’s shoe rack and immediately fell in love with a pair of new Vince Camuto cow hair leopard print high heels in my size and seen the price of $ 6.99, I had to buy them! As I get to the cashier to purchase them, the cashier asked me «You know how much these originally cost«, I said yes, I have many of Vince Camuto high heels. As she was looking at the sticker price, she said«Oh these are $ 12.99 and not $ 6.99», I then told her that the price was on both heels and she said they had put the price earlier and they weren’t the correct price. I told her if I can speak to the manager and she said, I am the manager(I didn’t get her name but, she was a thick latina) I asked well can I get them for the price that’s on them and she said«No», because it wasn’t the correct price. They cost 12.99, it seemed someone took the original price off. you still want them, I said«No, with an upset voice». So I left. My question is why couldn’t she just had sold them to me for the price the sticker had. It’s donated stuff and they resell it for profit. I’m will not be going back.

Great buys IF you’re in the mood to browse, fun to search; can get very lucky if you’re a regular. I got my kid’s desk, small dining set, ceramics, name-brand & often lightly worn/new items. My girls shop here and love it, esp. Graphic T’s that are often retro, weird, and plentiful. They occasionally have $ 2 or 3 dollar day sales on clothing only and lots of people buy up their great deals. I’m glad I shopped here a few years ago cuz this is my «go to» store. I donate many good items here and get it back from others. Plus, you support this type of business and its great to recycle. Not fancy, a little sloppy, but whaddaya expect…

It’s a good place to get use or new clothes if you’re lucky. The ppl are always great at their job and stay positive.

This location doesn’t always have the best clothes, but their customer service is always good will bar and above. Usually a pretty good selection of electronics and glass houseware.

Not very nice. Dirty floors, insufficient dressing rooms. Poorly organized. Clothes separated by color rather than size(an enormous waste of the customer’s time). No quality control(huge rips and/or stains constantly overlooked). You can find things here sometimes, but be prepared to spend hours doing what should take 15 minutes.

It’s a Thrift Store!!! You just have to really go through stuff. The clothes are not bad. The back of the store where the fitting rooms were a mess and looked very trashy. One customer was actually organizing it and hanging up the clothes and putting it back on the clothes rack. I thought that was cool!!! But overall I will always go back there. You can get some good stuff and the workers are always so nice.

I was hoping this store would catch a bit of class, considering it is so close to Marshalls. No, it is the same as the rest of the Goodwill stores I have visited. i find the prices fairly high, and the Tee shirts I purchased were damaged when I got them home to inspect more closely. Garbage can, here they come. However, the smell is the WORST. Musty, dusty, dirty, smelly store. Can’t they spend a few dollars on some Glade plug ins? That would go a long way in improving this place. If you want bargains, go to garage or yard sales. At least the ones I stop off at don’t smell so badly.

Goodwill is a very cheap and easy place to go to get nice clothes. The place has something for everyone!

I swear that their prices are higher than other Goodwill stores. Everything from the furniture, toys, to clothing seems high. Some of the furniture is definitely overpriced, and better deals can be sought on Craigslist. Maybe it’s the zipcode that this store is in? I never see items of interest, or with a wow factor. Underwhelmed.

Gone is the ‘good’ from Goodwill. Gone are the days when my efforts rummaging through other people’s caste offs produced something I really wanted. Treasure hunting is more rewarding at the PCH in Torrance — also a much bigger store. My biggest complaint is the pricing — $ 2.00 for a coffee mug? I know prices have gone up — but seriously — I“m better off at yard sale.

I drop off a lot of shit here. I mean everything… but I do receive as well. I have perused the store on many occasions and it has usually been successful(but labor intensive). I have found my Ash Ketchum halloween costume here, a banana republic blouse, and some levi’s. Not dirt cheap, but close.

I was at Goodwill today and found about 20 plus size long sleeve shirts for $ 103.00. I found the same brands carried by Avenue, Nordstrom’s, Kohl’s, Sears, and name brands like Banana Republic, Jones New York, and Liz Claiborne. A few of my items still had original tags and had never been worn. It took me 2 hours to sift though each row of clothing but it was well worth the effort. I’ll definitely be back maybe in a few months to see if they have new inventory.

The store is o.k. but I have a problem with the dressing room policy. It says 3 items only which is fair. Both dressing rooms were in use and I waited and waited with my 3 items. A women open the door and tossed out some clothes and grabbed some more from a cart filled with clothes. I said politely. it’s three items at a time and I have been waiting. She mumbled something about only taking in three. I said it’s so everyone gets a turn. She just went on her merry way. I spoke to the mgr. and to my amazement he said as long as three items are in at a time. So I guess you can just pull up a cart of clothes and have a monopoly, so inconsiderate. Needless to say I left and won’t be back

I’ve found some really great pieces here but There isn’t that great of a turnover of clothes. I pretty much only buy clothes here, never shoes or housewares. Its right next to Marshall’s so I always check Goodwill first and then head next door if I don’t find what I’m looking for.

I agree with the previous reviewer, the commercials after each song are annoying. The store is new and looks like a typical Goodwill location. I have been to many and this is the newest location I have been to. The pricing is high on everything, perhaps to offset the overhead for the area. I have noticed a large turn-over in the staff, everytime seems like someone new, so you don’t see the same faces everytime. It seems like they are always training someone new on the registers. Last time I went there it took at least 15 mintues to get a cashier. I noticed four workers running around, but only a certain worker could run the register, so I just stood there and I had to leave for an appontment. I was finally charged for the stuff I found and it wasn’t a deal.

This is a a pretty new location. The last time I was in the area this wasn’t here. I like the location as the closest one to here is not so close: D The music was pretty good, but it seemed like after every song they played their own goodwill commercials. They were quite annoying by basically repeating over and over again to donate clothes and to check out special deals. Their selection of items is quite large, but I really couldn’t locate many fashionably vintage items I would wear. I did pick out a nice blazer/jacket, but that was about all I found worthy of my money. The electronics and furniture is in the back along with the fitting rooms. The best thrift store ever will always be Buffalo Exchange. If you are into this kind of thing, I would check that store out. I believe there is one somewhere in the south bay.
