My sister and my niece just drove by and this place and it’s finally closed down. Good riddance. My son and I had the worst experience with not only the management but the music teachers themselves. Thankfully we found the Gray School of Music, we’re having the best experience. They’re reasonably priced, teach all instrument including voice. I can’t say enough good things about the place! Amazing… Check it out!

This company I am told by a lot of the parents that go there has folded due to their own incompetence ANDBADMANAGEMENT The boys passed grade 5 of the London Trinity collage exams and I cannot get the certificates from them For 5 years I have Emails they tell lies all the time and they don’t realize you can fool some of the people some of the time. Now they are pretending that their website is crashed. It hasn’t. I assume they have so much debt they cannot operate any longer The coordinator of London Trinity in the USA is equally to blame not being able to get discipline into them It is always someone else’s fault I have instructed lawyers this side of the USA as well as UK that if I don’t see the certificates within a week or so I am going to instigate a lawsuit against them here and in England until either I get the certificates which boys got working hard or they will have to reimburse the money we have spent for 5 years getting the boys to that level THATISAPPROXIMATELY $ 39000 These folks are the bottom of the pit read other reviews

My twins have been taking pianos lessons from Ms. Rachel for 3 years. We really like the teachers and the music facility. They have flexible time for workings parents and stay open late for students.

Where do I start, this is the one of worst business I have even encountered. The staff have they head buried that they are soooo clueless at what is going on with everything that is going on… I have made many attempts to reach out to the office manager, but only got one excuse after another and didn’t seemed to care to resolved any of my issues. There is no passion or love for music or art at this school, it looks like they just have a nice name, but does not live up to their standards. The annual event that they have every year was embrassing with how it was put together. The manager Rouja has no business putting an event together because it looked like everything was an after thought, no attention to detail, no time spent or affect to put on a good show and sooooo disorganized!!! I can go, on and on!!! Moving forward I decided to cancel my child lessons, and they just acted like they didn’t hear me or addressed it and asked if I can change my time because the teacher could not make that time any longer. I have a feeling that they have a lot of people that cancel after awhile because of the lack of communication and changing appointment without asking if its okay with the client,. We did canceled and had a hard time getting our deposit back for the fall semester and had to call many times and emailed the office manager several time!!! I had to follow up with them and if I didn’t, I would have never gotten a returned phone call!!! I finally found another school and pleased to say I noticed the difference how much my son is playing and how the music flows and sounds so much better. Bottom line if someone asked me about European School, I would tell them if you looking for average music lessons, below customer service and poor communication and you fine with it then that’s the place for you !!! Good Luck

My daughter was taking lessons with them for about a year. During that time, I was charged twice for one month and had to wait for them to mail me my money back. Initially they told me I wouldn’t have to pay the next month but I argued that I needed my money back. The teacher was late sometimes, which would make it difficult because my daughter’s lessons were on school nights. I finally tried to cancel with them when they missed 2 lessons and couldn’t get a hold of someone to straighten things out. According to them they were trying to accommodate me, I see it differently. Then I couldn’t cancel cause it had to be 1 month in advance. I agreed to stay that month, unhappily though. I told them I cancelled their withdraws with my bank and mailed them a check. 1 week later they withdrew the money I did not authorize and they still have my check. I feel like all they are concerned with is receiving their money, not the children or their customers. Research the place before signing up with them.

First I would like to say that I don’t think my experience is common. Everyone was nice and helpful with scheduling and getting my son enrolled. First thing I didn’t like was the fact that you must sign up using automatic payments via a bank account or credit card and they charge a months worth at a time, if you are not satisfied or have a emergency it’s too bad because they already paid themselves. When I finally cancelled I was told sorry you have to do it 1 month in advance so I was charge an extra month. The reason took my son out was teacher, he was late to the lesson every single time, his accent was so strong that my son thought he was speaking French. After I sent them a e-mail to remove me from their junk e-mail list I was told they have to keep my e-mail active and can not be removed. And last but not least… in 3 months of lessons(about 13) my son could not name a single note/string on his guitar. On his last day I took him to my recording studio and taught him his first Scale and Chord he was so happy and is staring to understand the theory.

The European School of Music and Art offers lessons for music(all types of instruments) and art. The lessons aren’t what turn me off about this school, it’s the accounting practices of the school. The school mandates that all payments be made via direct withdrawals from your banking account. They will not accept cash or checks — they must pull money from your bank account. Needless to say, this is a bit disconcerting as I don’t want anyone touching my account except for me. When I refused to give them my account info, they said that they would do me a «favor» by allowing me to pay via check. The caveat though, was that I had to mail it in, even though I was going in every week for lessons. So, the«favor» they were doing for me was going to cost me 42 cents more. If you don’t mind the school having access to your bank account, then this school may be right for you. If you are like me and leery about giving unfettered access to your hard earned money, then I would consider the hassles that you may encounter before signing up.
