No matter what I order or how there is always at least one thing wrong. If I order over the phone or online they still manage to forget something or not make what I ordered. I’ve not had a good experience with this location.

Okay so I don’t feel compelled to write reviews unless it is extraordinarily good or extremely bad. Unfortunately for this Dominos, the reason for this review is the latter. I have ordered from this location at least 5 times. I have always had problems with them but every time we crave Dominos, we just think that our last bad experience was just some fluke. Well we are officially done trying with this place. To their credit, the pizza is usually hot and good. The problem is their service. So I ordered through the app and kept the tracker open to see the progress. Everything progresses normally until it gets to «quality check complete». The order tracking stops there. The estimated time when I ordered was 25 – 35 minutes so I was starting to get annoyed after 45 minutes went by. So I called the store and it rang at least 30 times before someone picked up and said«please hold» and put me on hold before I even had time to say ok. Then I was on hold for about 4 minutes so it took me about 6 minutes to get to a live person just to check the status of my order. Even though the tracker didn’t update the status to «on the way» the person said the pizza was on the way. So an hour and fifteen minutes later, the pizza guy knocks on my door. Pizzas are correct and hot BUT the driver didn’t being one of my 2 liters. Same thing had happened the time before(and I think with the same delivery person) where they forgot to bring something. He said he would bring it 15 minutes and insisted that I didn’t call the store to get a refund. We’re hungry by now so we start to eat and I’m on the phone again to get a refund because now we’re halfway through eating and the guy isn’t back yet so we dont need the soda anymore. After holding for a 5 minutes again, I got fed up and hung up. I went back into the Dominos app because you can leave feedback after your order is delivered and that’s when I realized why this location never updated their tracking to «out for delivery» or «delivered». In the app, you cannot leave feed back until the status shows as delivered. So now, they screw you with the wait time, they don’t answer their phone, they are rude on the phone, the forget to bring you stuff you ordered, and they do it all in a way to avoid having it reported to Dominos corporate. My suggestion to everyone using this location is to go pick up the pizza yourself. Don’t expect anyone at the location to give a care about delivering the pizza to you on time or keep you happy by at least bringing you your full order. Never again, never again.

I don’t know why this place has such bad reviews. Every time I’ve gone, the workers have always been great and the food always on point! Shirley is amazing, and a total sweetheart. The dominos closer to my house always tends to mess things up but this location never does. I think a lot of the problems customers have is that they just don’t treat customer service workers with respect and kindness or get upset about a mistake that can be fixed. And the problems with reviews on Unilocal is that people tend to only write positive reviews if the service(and food) was like ‘fancy restaurant resort’ kind of exceptional. But truth is, it’s just really hard to achieve that every day. So there are no complaints from this lady. Keep on keeping on Dominos and thank you for making my dinners while I’m at work!

I just got my pizza and classic hot buffalo chicken. They are both extremely salty. Especially the chicken was so salty we couldn’t even finish. I called this store and tried to let them know the situation and I was not asking free food. The lady who answered was so rude! I couldn’t even complete my sentence because she was kept saying some nonsense. I’ve ordered from this store for a few years now and this has been the worst experience ever.

Trying to order on line is a real slog. Website kept g0ing in circles. I do not call. That is fruitless. One driver is very nice and pleasant, but this place needs help. When they are one of a just few I guess they feel they can do as they please.

I knew better but my dad really wanted cheesy bread. I usually order from Sorrento in Pedro and pick it up(sadly, they won’t deliver to PV Dr. S). Cheesy bread prevailed this evening. I called for delivery. On hold for 3 minutes. No music so I thought maybe they hung up, which would have be a blessing in disguise. A guy with very broken English took my order and asked me for my address 3 times. Look, my parents are FOBs but they aren’t running a delivery service. «OK, pizza in 45 min.» One hour and fifteen later, I call. New guy answers, the«manager» lol. My order went out to PV Dr E. Yup, I’m not surprised. He told me he’ll call the driver but he was too busy to call me back so I would have to do that. Five minutes, call back. Same guy, please hold. Click, he hangs up. I call back… Oh no you didn’t! He’s fumbling for words… he can’t get a hold of the driver. I cancel the order and ask for the manager, yup it’s him, the guy without time for me bc he is busy handling other complaints — his own confession. Hmm, maybe that sheds some light on your management, buddy! He offers me free food for next time, thanks, but fool me once. One star goes to… the lost driver who calls me and is very apologetic. Hey corporate, he should be promoted to manager!

Unbelievable. I have never in my life seen or experienced such appalling, disgusting, literally painful execution of one’s job. I have placed at least a hundred orders at this pathetic location and perhaps three have arrived correctly. Not to mention that thier«supervisor» speaks no English and argues with customers. Dominos pizza in RPV is horrible!!! Absolute worst service and pizza Ever! I called the manager there about a credit I was supposed to have due to a pizza they delivered that was burned and she HUNGUPONME! Then, refused to take my call when I called back. I will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered 3 medium pizzas. 2 regular crust and 1 pan. All were ordered with extra toppings and extra cheese, extra sauce. Not only did they come with normal amounts of toppings and cheese, but there WASNOPIZZASAUCE on any of the pizzas! WTH??? I called to find out what happened, and the gentleman on the other end could not understand English. Well, not going to use this dominos again. Ruined a pizza party.

Worst Domino’s EVER!!! They’re always late and my pizza looks unappealing by the time it gets here. They always get my order slightly wrong. I’ve paid for potato chips, sauce, and other little things that they don’t ever bring. Basically, don’t bother with this place. They will not change, its been like this for 10+ years now. The thing is, they’re 1 of 2 pizza spots in the neighborhood. They know that we have no choice but to order from them, and hence why they just don’t care. They’ll tell you 20 – 30 mins and then come an hour late with cold food. these FOOLS make Dominos look bad as a company. Order from Rafaello’s instead, they’re waaaayyy better in every aspect!

Man, it seems as though you should never order dipping sauces here. These guys forgot my dipping sauces 3 times now and they have terrible customer service. The online pizza tracker seems to be a load of BS, or they lie when they are setting that because it is always wrong. Step up your game domino’s.

I phoned in an order for 4 cheese pizzas to be picked up at 12:45. I got there at 12:55. I was told«it» was almost ready. When I said I ordered 4 the guy said, «I head 1». There’s a reason you phone in advance to place an order — to have it ready when you need it. I left without anything. Go to the Domino’s near Bristol Farms not Golden Cove.

I crave pizza just about… NEVER, but after a long trip, a stomach illness and extreme exhaustion carbs/bread was our best bet. I went online, ordered some bread sticks and a med. thick crust pizza. The total was about $ 18.00. They had a timeline showing your pizza was being prepped, in the oven, out for delivery. This is was pretty intriguing, but I can’t imagine a worker sitting there and typing or marking these things, so I guess they are automatic. Again, I don’t normally order pizza so this online tracker has prob. been around for a while. We could have driven 5 mins to pick up, but were lazy. The food was at our door in 40 mins. which is satisfactory considering the driver was wearing an apron like she made our pizza as well. No complaints other than dipping sauces being 50 cents.

I just ordered pizza from this location and not only were they completely rude to me, I came home to discover that one of my toppings was wrong(they put pineapple when I ordered black olive). Not only that, everything in our order was lukewarm at best.(I left 5 minutes after placing the order to pick it up.) I should have known better than to order from this location as the first and last time they tried to give us expired ranch sauce.

For the most part, when you order Domino’s, you should know what quality of pizza you’ll be getting(if it comes on time and isn’t cold). Therefore, my expectations are always moderate. I ordered 2 pizzas last night: a hand-tossed crust and a thin crust. The thin crust was much better and is what I’ll stick to from now on.

Let me save u some time, don’t waste your time or money. About a month ago I ordered 6 pizzas, this was the second time I have ordered from this location. I don’t remember how late they were but I know that it was over an hour. When the pizzas were finally delivered they were cold. Two of the pizzas were burned on top. I called the store and the just gave me attitude saying that they were very buys, no apology. This only upset me more so I logged onto dominos site and wrote an email to them stating how dissatisfied I was. A couple of days later I got a response stating that they would forward my email to the franc his owner and I would get a response back within 3 days. A week went by so I sent another email explaining how the staff does not provide good service because of the example by thevowners bad customer service. I got a response from corporate again saying that they were sending me some gift certificates in the mail. When I finally got them they were worth $ 15.00, which was a surprise because it was half of my original order. Anyways, last night we gave them a second chance and boy was that a mistake. The delivery time was 26 – 36 minutes but it arrived in 75 minutes and it again was cold. We didn’t even end up eating the pizza and just made food at home. What a waste of time and money.
