Love there burger and beer selections! Staff is friendly and nice. We love this place.

Service is terrible!!! I waited for 20 minutes for a glass of water 30 minutes for my food. Don’t drop your silverware because you’ll be like Gilligan «stranded» with grease on your hands and no silverware Horrible!!! Never will I return. The lady at the register didn’t even seem concerned. I rarely don’t tip. As a valley resident for years I’ve seen the decline of professionalism and common courtesy for the customer. Now a days they think they’re owed a tip regardless of taking care of the customer or not. Well I have news for you lousy ones, who have lousy service. You will get NADA darn tip along with a poor comment.

I don’t normally review, but this place had exceptionally slow service. Also had poor menu with a strange mix between Mexican, breakfast, and burgers. My burger had a mix of raw and overcooked meat in it? I hope I don’t get food poisoning. Nothing against the friendly staff here just bad ingredients and no pride in the food.

I haven’t liked everything I’ve ordered here but most of the time it’s pretty good! Huge menu! Beer battered fried are the best but the Other options are good too. Fried pickles are delish. They have a pretty large drink menu. It’s not cheap to drink here but you’ll probably find something to satisfy you.

We love the original Burgers and Beer in El Centro but unfortunately this one isn’t quite as good. This is a very convenient location for us to stop and eat when traveling the I-​10 but the service here is very slow. Most times we have been here on a Friday or Saturday night and it can be hit or miss as to how crowded or empty it is. We have been in both crowded and uncrowded settings and the food still takes forever to come out. It might not be that big a deal to a lot of you if you’re here to enjoy drinks, friends, watching the game, etc, but if you are looking to feed a hungry family just a heads up. The service in the interim with filling drinks is also not very good. Seems like every time we’ve been here the waiter/​ress disappears.
For the food the burgers are great, as good as the original, with some new menu items not available in El Centro. For their Mexican dishes they aren’t done as well so I would stick with the burger menu here.
In all it is cool to see Burgers and Beer expanding their brand. The interior design is a spot on clone with individual TVs in the booths and the glassware storage over the large bar with lots of beers on tap. We will probably stop here again for dinner, but only when we’re not worried about the wait time to eat.

Went there before heading to the movies. Didn’t have a ton of time but they were fairly prompt with their service. The burger was very decent, the beer battered fries were excellent. The beer was large and cold and fairly cheap. Would I come back here again? You know it.
They have TVs everywhere for watching sports which is always appreciated. If I lived closer this would definitely be a regular spot for me.

Food was okay. But the service was horrible. My friend and I got a server named Katrina or Katarina and she literally took our order and never came back. Not once came to ask how everything was or if we needed refills, she also didn’t mention it was happy hour which I feel that as a person who works in the food industry must mention before ordering. The bus boy literally did her job and brought us our drinks and condiments. He went above and beyond for us which I appreciated after seeing our waitress take care of other parties while we were ignored. Wont be returning.

My steak fries tasted freezer burnt :/​I had a screwdriver which was 90% ice and pretty pricey. Service was alright, nothing special. A lot of TVs with excellent views.
They bring a try of condiments with hot banana peppers, dill pickles, and jalapeño carrots and mustard, mayo, ketchup and Dijon mustard.
I Would come here again but wouldn’t order a screwdriver.

First time there with the wife, I had the grilled shrimp burger and she had a Hawaiian burger she switched the hamburger with a turkey Patty. My pet peeve is I take a bite of the Burger first or any of my food if I have to add to the plate that means «to me» it’s okay but with the grilled shrimp burger i didn’t have to add anything to it, it was perfect the way it was so was the Hawaiian burger.

Went here a couple of months ago, and I was not impressed at all. Lots of TVs… a plus, but that’s about it. Nothing really stands out about this place. Service is mediocre. Maybe I’ll try it again with a group and things might be better.

My boyfriend and I had a great time here. The lady serving us was super nice, wish I would of got her name. The food and drinks were amazing! We got the Blue cheese burger and shared it. Omg best burger we have had. The blue cheese was not over powering at all, just perfect. The beer of course was amazing. There is a Little flat screen tv at every booth, pretty awesome. We will definitely be back!

Wings while priced right — take a pass. Order size 1 dzn, and sent 9 to the trash. If they are deep fried, not crisp. Consistency of seamed w/​sauce. Nothing special!

Great spot. Friendly atmosphere. My family are regulars here. Prices are average, I don’t think think fries come with the burger so you pay extra. The happy hour is REALLY GOOD.
The apps are cheap and drinks!

We came in for a to-​go order. Basically, two orders of the sliders with fries and a hot dog on the side. The sliders were okay but PALED in comparison to the ones I recently had at Solano’s Bistro. Burgers & Beer charges $ 14 for 4 and the Bistro has them at $ 9 for 3 in the bar.
In addition, the fries were cold and I live a few minutes away. It seems that the Julienne fries must be made in HUGE proportions and are served when ordered. Frankly, I was definitely disappointed based on my prior experiences here.
Oh, the service we received when requesting our items was top notch. I did not catch her name but she went above and beyond.

My daughter and her friends visited this location and the server «Jazabel» spilled drinks on her new iPhone 6+ that i had just bought her. The manager Danny offered to pay the cost to replace the phone, but when my daughter went back to collect the payment to replace her phone this company refused to now pay to replace what they had damaged. We are longtime business owners here the Coachella Valley and we honor and appreciate our clients and customers. If one of our employees would have damaged one of our customers property we would rush to replace the property to demonstrate how much we appreviate our customers. This has always been the Coachella Valley way. Us busuness owners must remember we are in a resort community where poor customer service reflects negatively on all of us.
Wake up Marco (owner) do the right thing and replace the phone!

Great burger and fries! I would come more often if it was closer. lol Stopped in for lunch and service was great, my burger was perfect and I love my iced tea! Great job everyone, I’ll be back soon!

We came here with a group of friends and family and were very pleased with our whole experience. The place was busy and noisy but fun. We were seated and the server was quick. Lots of big screen TV’s so good place for games too.
I had the Chicken Chipotle and was impressed. It was great. Wifey had All the Way Grilled Cheese. Hers was tasty as well. Would recommend.

As the name suggests, they do have plenty of burgers & beer. Lots of varieties of both, to be sure. In spite of the selection, I can’t say I was overly impressed with what they had. In fact, it was so unremarkable I can’t even remember what specifically I had. In spite of the variety of everything they had here, there wasn’t anything earth-​shattering about it. Meat was kinda eh; sides were kinda eh. Not the worst, but I’ve most certainly had better.
Guess that’s kind of the deal — the food was fine, I guess. So was the service. But the price I paid for the quality of food? Nah.

So this is my 3^rd time here. I truly believe that the crowds here are from the lack of any competition. They have decent beers on tap and a good bottle selection. Do not bother ordering a cocktail– the mixing skills are poor.
The food here is very mediocre. Nothing stands out. Are the burgers decent? Yes. If you have discovered a restaurant in business that actually screws up a burger– I’m all ears.
The rest of the menu is oddly riddled with spaghetti and meatballs, chicken parm, and a whole section of Mexican dishes. Judging from the pre-​grated cheese and the mushy iceberg shreds, this is not a section I would rendezvous with.
This place is like a not so corporate version of applebee’s. Keep driving.
