Devin took care of everything when my wife switched to Verizon. He activated the phone, ported her old number, transferred all of her apps, photo’s, files, and installed a screen protector. Devin is obviously an expert at what he does, his professionalism and commitment to the highest level of service speaks very well for Verizon.

I have had several bad experiences with Verizon. Tonight’s visit was on par. My wife and I went in to find out about what options we have for our service. We both need phones and have realized that things have changed since we made out last purchase over three years ago. When we arrived we were greeted by a lady. She was actually nice and pleasant. She took our name and gave us a quick explanation of the stores layout. Not a bad start. We waited about ten minutes and were approached be a salesman named Zane or Zake, I couldn’t tell you for sure, but it was a four letter word that started with a Z. This guy was a prick. The whole conversation he was condescending. My wife has unlimited data that has been Grandfathered due to her time with Verizon. Although she uses very little data, she doesn’t want to give it up. He questioned her three or four times about why she wanted to keep it. He barely made eye contact and his mannerism conveyed that he didn’t want to be there. He answered our questions quickly with as little info as possible and was rude. Not helpful at all, we left pretty pissed off.

Purchased there new glass screen saver and it cracked a week after didn’t even drop my phone. Talked to the manager Terry and she basically said I was lying and that they where not responsible for the damage. It is suppose to be a stronger screen and the sales guy pressured me to buy it for my iPhone 6 plus. This location cares about making the sale and making there commission but when it comes down to taking care of a customer that has been with them for 10 years they don’t. Be careful when you go into this store I spoke to customer service and you don’t have to buy any accessories from them they are forcing people. Manager needs to have empathy for her customers. Maybe a few training classes will do it for her.
