Someone take the Flair bottles away from the 3 females behind the bar pleaaaase! Seriously, dropping the cocktail shaker once is enough, 30 minutes of this sh.t. was nuts., eveytime it hit the ground 3 females giggled as loud as they possibly could. Thought crossed my mind to mention something to manager, but then i realized, that was the manager.

The service here is always so slow! Every time I have been here the service has been terrible. My husband and I were recently there on a weekday, it was not busy at all so you would think service wouldn’t be an issue. I ordered the endless wings. The first plate took 25 minutes after ordering to come out. The waitress didn’t come back to check on us for another 20 minutes. I was waiting to order another flavor and finally she notice us staring at her and came over. After placing my second order of wings this plate took 30 MINUTES to get to our table. I would have ordered more but knew I would be waiting another half our. Both plates of wings and only a few drops of sauce! I couldn’t even taste what the flavor was. Such a waste of money. Our waitress only checked on us once and we were there for over an hour. She never even refilled our empty water cups. We’re always disappointed by this location. The service is always extremely slow, the waiters are not helpful, the food is disappointing, I’ve even had multiple watered down cocktails. Probably because they sit at the bar for so long before they make it to my table. We’re done trying with this place.

Best experience iv ever had at a Tgi ever and iv been to a lot, Vegas, Anaheim, San bernardino, riverside, etc she’s by Far the best bartender server iv ever had including other restaurants and she was beyond busy on April 2^nd 2016 thank you again MARY for your excellent costumer service I work in the industry and your by far the best bartender iv ever had!

I love tgif expecially when it’s my FRIDAY! anyways food was great got my ribs on deck and my beer! Most of all I love when I get great customer service :) Mariaaaaaaaaaa: p was so awesome she made sure that my man and I were satisfied. She was very pleasant. She is a new training server she mentioned which was great because we took the concideration to notice her even more she’s outstanding! I hope the manager realizes that he does a good job in hiring lol until next time!!! Xoxo

Stopped by with my bestie after a long day at work. Had a couple appetizers and drinks. Everything was great, didn’t have to wait long to be seated and our server Cameron was great! Thanks Cameron! I will definitely be comin back to this location because of the great service.

I just ordered chicken tenders with a side of mac n cheese. I twas way overpriced at $ 13.50 which was the to go price. The mac n cheese was like practically just eating noodles by itself with a dab of a little cheese and the fingers were tasteless and not good at all. No idea how some places get away with serving such terrible food. I didn’t even nearly half of it and threw it away.

Great food quality and delicious. Rude hostess made the evening off to a horrible start. Maria was extremely unprofessional and rude. Not just to me but to other parties. She should not work with people with the attitude she had. Rolled her eyes and was very snappy with everyone.
At least The hostess Sam was very polite and wonderful! Good to know this location still has decent hostesses.

Appetizers and starters 50% off.
However, keep in mind you will get charged 3.24 for a Carbonated tap water… (club soda) its a bit irritating to get charged for this as its not some high quality mineral water and just water and CO2.

Got here at 355pm ordered the pot sticker appetizer and wings appetizer. It’s 425 no appetizer but the couple in the booth behind us got here after us ordered wings appetizer and got them already. I’m not understanding. What the hell is this about? All this equals no tip and a bad review. Shame on them. Y is my appetizer small plate hotter than the appetizer.

On black Friday the wait was only 20 minutes for dinner. Food was good. Michael was our server and he was quick and attentive. The four star rating was only because i had the strawberry short cake for desert and it was not that great. The bread was harder than traditional angel food cake. But overall a decent experience for this crazy day.

Your bartenders suck. Was there on a Wednesday night, girl cant even make a drink. And when she brought it, that was the last I saw of her. Maybe it was my fault for having theeee best service at Slater’s and then coming here and expecting the same. Mind you, it was waaaay busier at Slater’s and the bartender there gave me amazing service. Your bartenders suck :)

Just had lunch @ the Victoria Gardens Fridays. Don’t waste your time and money. My wife and I went there with a gift card and I am glad for that because the food was just OK at best. The service was terrible. Marcos was our server and barely kept an eye on us. My wife asked for a green hot tea which she never received but they charged for, though it was later taken off. I had the Ahi Cobb. It was OK but the hard boiled egg on the salad weighed more than the pitifully small piece of tuna. My wife ordered the pecan chicken salad with no blue cheese. Took almost 15 minutes for 2 salads to come out of the kitchen even though it was not busy. While eating my wife mentioned she could see a lady eating in the kitchen while preparing food. I am a Chef so I know this is a clear violation of health code policy. That makes me wonder what else is going on in the kitchen???

not many vegetarian/​vegan options to choose from on the menu besides a salad & the black bean burger.
i ordered a chicken bruschetta pasta with no chicken & no cheese because the menu read that there was chicken (obviously) & cheese in the dish.
i get my food & i smelled butter.
no where in the menu did it say that the pasta dish was cooked in butter.
i kindly asked the waitress about the butter & she gladly took my order for a different dish (black bean burger; no mayo, no cheese).
the food took a while to come out (both the chicken/​butter pasta & my black bean burger).
this place gets two stars because of the waitress: she was kind, accommodating, courteous, & she was actually able to answer all of my questions.
food was mediocre & over-​priced for the small portions.
i will not be back.

I hate the feeling of being ripped off at dinner and this was one of those nights. Given it’s TGIF, I’m not expecting anything gourmet quality or taste by any means. However, to pay $ 20 for a slice of salmon as thick as the fork with 5 pieces of overcooked langostino lobster and stale fries is just not acceptable. Since the boyfriend did really enjoy the steak, mashed potatoes, steak fries, and the service was decent this place is saved from a lonesome star.

Got my favorite, ribs and sirloin steak, Mac n cheese, steak fries… Yum!!!
Good place on Sunday’s happy hour all day under $ 5.
This time it was super busy, took sometime to get our food and drinks, but over all good service, (manager stepped in to help out)

I went today and it was great It was a total of like 10 of us and we were all served perfectly with no hesitation our server was Fernando he was amazing he’s honestly the best there he deserves a raise always came back for us always asked if we were okay had everything we needed amazing guy! We sure will be back next week thank you Fernando

Wish I would have taken a picture of the bathroom, very dirty and filthy. Toilet paper all over the floor in restrooms. Toilets with feces still floating inside. The doorhandles were grimy to push or pull open. When seated there were no utensils even when our food arrived. We were’s seated too late for the happy hour specials even though they had us waiting approximately 10 minutes in in the waiting area with plenty of empty tables available. We were even seated in one of the tables that was available. Staff was not very helpful with remedying any matters even though they comped us our dinner. Everyone in my party ate at different times because the wrong food was brought out. Will definitely not be returning here. Wish I could give it zero stars. Read other reviews on this place, same problems.

My hostess was Jeremy whom was a very nice young man.
We were seen pretty promptly despite being at Victorias Gardens.
It is your regular TGIF although I’d say that this host runs a tight ship and was the reason this eating experience was unique.

TGIF is not one of my top places to go but I know from being there once before that they make good drinks and some dishes are worth the chance.
My friends and I went in for a chat over some starters and drinks. We were served by a guy called Zack and as we ordered our drinks and it was my turn, he asked for my ID as he had done for everyone else. I showed it to him and he told me that he would not serve me an alcoholic drink because I don’t have an American ID nor a military one so I asked for the manager.
I’ve never been rejected a drink for having a UK driving licence but it happened at TGIF for the first time. After requesting for the manager, she showed up and grabbed the ID from me without saying hello nor apologising for the inconvenience which is what I would expect a manager to do.
She ran «checks» and after that was I then allowed a drink. Throughout the whole dining experience, the service was slow, the waiter was stuck up and rude; he did not make it a pleasurable dining experience for us.
In terms of the food, it’s TGIF. They do make good diner food compared to some places if left in the heat long enough to defrost everything they didn’t make that day. I always enjoy their alcoholic drinks and for that I respect them in that aspect.
Nevertheless, the whole ID thing got on a few nerves but their rule is that if the ID is not an American one, they would require a passport but who carries around a passport everywhere they go these days? I sure don’t!

Tried this place one more time. Potatoes Skin taste like they were freezer burn .Had the Steak & Lobster dinner very disappointed, For the price you get very little food. Steak has lots of fat and the lobster tail was dry and over cook, mashed potatoes had flavor but just a small scoop. Mac & Cheese were relish.
