Taco Bell

Oh I’m pisssssed! I stopped going to Taco Bell 3 months ago after a bad experience at a different location that entailed a lack of hygiene from the lady at the drive thru window. But today I was in a hurry and just wanted a small snack, so I stopped at Taco Bell to buy a burrito and some nachos. After only eating 2 chips, I find a sticker stuck to one of the chips that they use to determine the date and time an item is initially made. The time on the sticker stated «February 6^th at 7am.» I placed my order after 10:30am. Needless to say, the chips were hella stale. But my main gripe is the fact that I could’ve swallowed the sticker. Therefore, that was the last straw for me when it comes to ever eating at Taco Bell ever again. They apparently don’t pay close enough attention to their workers nor what they are serving to their customers. I’m done!!!

Good for midnight snacks if you are up and hungry. The food always tastes good, I’m just disappointed in how the portions keep getting smaller and smaller and the prices still continue to go up. The Taco Bell off Kenyon seems to have really long lines at the drive through during peak hours. A couple times I’ve waited 20 minutes to order. Late at night there is usually no line. This is a plus.

Slightly disappointed with the service here today. I usually just place an order using the ap, walk in and am out within 5 minutes. Today, I walked up to the counter and waited 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Then the server behind the counter gave me some excuse why they hadn’t filled my order yet. So I had to continue waiting as she began filling my order. At this point, I would have been better off if I had came in and placed my order at the cashier. I will probably just go to another Taco Bell next time, the point of the ap is to save time. Mission failed this time.

This place is ok other than they decide their own specials. I went there today and asked the cashier about their loaded dare grillers. The guy told me they are no longer on the special promotion price but I just saw a commercial for it. Oh well. False advertisement

Quick and friendly service, food was fresh and tasted great. The interior of this restaurant was very clean. Good value for the money. Food choices much more interesting that Del Taco!

Always out of the drink that I want to order. They tell me a supply will be delivered «tomorrow» but each day, it’s always tomorrow. And they don’t tell you until after you have ordered through the drive up and are at the window to pay. Finally got smart and just stopped going there.

This location is just flat out disgusting!
I came in earlier with my mother and everything from the floors to the tables were filthy. ALL of the tables had food all over them and a melted ice drink was splattered on a good portion of the back table area.
The staff on duty weren’t all that great, but one of them was very rude. She was the pregnant employee named Kansas (I believe) before leaving, she had a few bags of food. My mom thought was her’s so she asked if that was her’s. The employee rudely said «no! That’s mine!» Then walked out to her car all while trying to stare down my mom. Well she forgot something and came back in, sure enough she kept eyeballing my mom.
Is this place being ran by bums? People who hate their jobs, but only work just to stay off the streets? What is it? My mom had to deal with rude employees just as I have at this same location. I’m sick of this place and sick of those few who work there. You all who can’t handle interacting with people should just quit or get fired because this is just a joke now.

If you enjoy the service of 36 year old high school drop outs, this is the place for you. Shit quality and service.

We
ordered from the drive thru before 1230 am and they were supposed to close at 0100am. Just a few seconds after we pulled away from the drive thru window I realized that they forgot to give me my Mexican pizza. I tried to go back to the drive through, but they already closed in a matter of minutes. They closed 30 minutes early. :(

Have been coming to this Taco Bell for at least a year, drive-​thru usually. First time being helped by an employee named Michael. Awesome dude. Super helpful, very friendly & kind, and made my day :)

This place is disgusting!!! Hair wads. Trash… None of the dining tables had been cleared off. I wonder when the fountain was cleaned last!!! Disgusting! I sent a complaint and the area manager hid behind an innocent hourly assistant manager to give me a 10 $ gift card. He was such a coward that he REFUSED to call me! I had multiple conversations with this nice assistant manager but nothing was resolved. Do yourself a favor and go to another Taco Bell!!! Jesus Garcia is a coward of a GM!!! This franchise should be shut down because of how disgusting it is!!! If I could rate zero stars I would.

Awful. This Taco Bell is out of place; it belongs in the darkest depths of Fontana (no offense, Fontana). Sticky floors, dirty tables, downtrodden and defeated staff. Cloudy water came out of the iced tea dispenser — what the actual eff? Food took entirely too long to prepare.
One star because we got some free cinnamon crisps for the wait.

I don’t go to this location on Sat. & Sun. Around noon… It’s way too small to accommodate that kind f traffic! It’s like most other Taco Bell other than the mega traffic though! Clean, mostly friendly employees, and a typical atmosphere.

Sick! I don’t think food or cooking spaces are sanitary… got very sick after eating a tostada salad with chicken… AVOID IT!

The only reason they remain open is because of the high school kids that use this place as a hang out.

Avoid this Taco Bell. After eating a burrito and a supreme chicken chalupa, I got diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and fever. Food is contaminated. Won’t ever go again.

Slowest drive thru ever!

I havent been to this Taco Bell in probably 10 – 15 years and its the closest one to my house.
From the looks of it, it looks like its been there since the 70’s.
