WORST FOOD EVER… I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND I ONLY LIVE 3 MINUTES AWAY!!# I do love taco bell but this one was just so bad food was cold bad customer service… the staff are talking in screaming to each other. I went to have lunch with my kids and I didn’t feel save they where 3 homeless walking in and out to the restroom and to get drinks… staff wouldn’t even say anything.

They’re super stingy with their stuffings and what not. I love Taco Bell though so I’m still going to go lol. They let me come in with a dog once. They didn’t say anything. Twas pretty gnarly.

Seriously the WORST service I have ever had! From the time we walked in to the time we ordered it was a good 10 minute wait, and this is with no other patrons in this Taco Bell. When my husband and I were finally acknowledged, Sam B. took our order and we paid, then, she literally threw my husband’s change back at him and ran to the drive thru. Really?! Terrible service and rude workers. Never coming back!

Horrible service, dirty and slow!!!
Don’t waste your time or money here. I waited in the lobby for about ten minutes before anyone said hello to me, I ordered food for my family and I from a very rude young lady at the register and my change was tossed at me (I didn’t catch it). Then I waited twenty minutes for a few stale tacos.
The wiener schnitzel across the street is very busy thigh should have been a hint.

You would think since they are going to charge twice as much for their crunchy tacos compared to Del Taco, that you would get something for it. That’s certainly not the case here as I just got gypped again on my purchase of 3 slim tacos with barely anything inside them.. The taco shell is a little bigger, but there was hardly anything in it at all .

I just got gypped here again with my order. The skimpy taco had a little bit of beef and lettuce with no cheese, and the Tostada had a swipe of refried beans with just a sprinkle of lettuce and no cheese, what so ever. I’m not going back here ever. But I do like the Taco Bell on Baseline and Archibald. They have good food there and you get what you pay for.

I have gone here many times. And today was my last time here! For years now they have had the same décor and it make it look out dated! And every time I go in its dirty. Today me and my daughter had lunch and we were the only ones there. 70% of the tables were dirty! While the staff was in the back there did not come out at all to check and maybe clean the lobby! The food was not good ether. I had a cantina burrito that did not have any flavor! And tasted stale. Sorry to say but I will not be returning.

It is what it is, and sometimes you just need some Taco Bell. I love the fresco menu, it allows me to pretend I am eating healthy. The potato tacos and Mexican Pizzas are the bane of my existence. Just gooey, delicious, crappy, fast food… just the way I like it. This location is clean and fast. I had one bad experience here years ago, but I think their cinnamon twists make up for that so I am letting it slide.
