Very disappointed the price tripled from the quote over the phone and the owner was very rude and pushy over the phone it was the most horrific experience they then tried to charge me for coming out when I decided not to use their service! Complete false advertisement call someone else if your in the market for these services

I got a coupon for 4 rooms for $ 59 for steam cleaning. It did not say what size rooms, and mine are larger so I thought there might be an extra charge. I did not want to have the whole house done, just 4 rooms. My kids had recently had a stomach virus and I read that hot steam was a good way to kill the virus in carpet, so I only wanted them to use the hot steam for now, because I am having the whole house carpets cleaned in a month. I specifically asked if they had truck mounted equipment, and they said they had both. I told them I only wanted the truck mounted equipment because in my past experience, the water is hotter and more thoroughly extracted from those. When the technician showed up, he was not in a truck, and when I asked him about my request, he spent a few minutes telling me that Stainmaster’s machines cost $ 10,000 and are every bit as strong as the truck kind. Then when I told him exactly what I wanted done, he informed me that he would need to use sanitizer and cleaner and that my rooms would each count as 2… that the coupon price is only for about 100 sq ft rooms (but the coupon did not say that). After going back and forth he told me his quote for my 4 rooms would be $ 300+ ! I told him he could leave! Then he called his office, and they conceded to knock it down to $ 250, and I told him again I was not going to do it. Then he calls back to his office and the person wants to talk to me, so I explain the situation and he says «okay, they’ll honor their coupon.» So I say okay, cleared furniture out of the way myself so they were nice easy squares, and he began. It takes me longer to thoroughly vacuum than it took him to go over with water, which would have been fine if he wasn’t using water. I didn’t expect them to be perfectly clean, as I said I am having them done in a month, I just wanted them steamed, and not soaking wet! Well, not only were they soaking wet, but he flung dirty water from his hoses all over my kitchen floor and my white upholstered chair! He did go back and clean that up after I complained. I now have towels down, and wish I had just rented a rug doctor. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Completely disappointed, After pricing around I thought they were very competitive. Upon arrival the operator performs a spot test on my carpet and proceeds to tell me the treatment needed would require $ 100+ in addition to my quoted price. Look if you use the initial price as a hook then intend to manipulate to increase the sale you will fail. I would make sure you don’t fall for their killer deal then get reamed in the end. Carpet doesn’t look any different after service… if it wasn’t for the dampness I would have doubted I ever got then cleaned.
