My sister and I paid about 300 for top to bottom ensemble. Dresses had FOOD(?) STAINS. Not just one, several. Both of our dresses had some sort of OILSTAINS. The dresses were not sewn properly. Stitching was CROOKED. The dresses did not contain a lining of any sort including, NO bra on the bodice where a bra would have gone. VERYVERYVERYPOOR dress making. We had to call to ask whose dress belonged to who, as they were not marked with names and dresses were delivered by the groom. Sally did not call back to inform us. We had to guess. Bolero jackets where soooo cheaply made. No tailoring went in to any part of these custom made dresses as dresses did not fit to size. Both of us wore these HIDEOUS dresses that were shapeless, crooked and CHEAP. She was supposed to get two shoe sizes to choose from AND did not do that either. TOTALANDCOMPLETEWASTEOFMONEY. LADIES, SENORITAS do not waste your money there. She is NOT A QUALIFIED seamstress, tailor, dress maker or anything closely related to one. Lastly, groom — my brother tuxedo pants fell off his waist all throughout the day and night. Sally never did try to reach us to ask why we called, to give an explanation about the stains, shoes, or the ridiculous net/hat or whatever you’d call the poor excuse for a HEADDRESS she«MADE» WITHOUTSIZINGORMEASURINGOUR/MY HEAD. Here it is the Prom season, and this store had hardly nothing to choose from. But more so than that, the employee working was terribly rude. She couldn’t be bothered to help us when we came in the store, and she only got up from her seat in front to tell us what we couldn’t do. And apparently we couldn’t put more than two dresses at a time in a dressing room, and we couldn’t walk beyond the dressing room door to look at a dress on the rack while wearing one of the dresses. I don’t know if she thought we were going to try on a dress and suddenly run out of the front door with it on or what, but I can tell you, I had money to spend, and I went down the street to a bridal shop and bought a dress. I would never shop at this store

Disappointing store! Went here upon a referral from a close friend to look for prom dresses for my daughter. When we arrived there were two ladies siting behind the counter eating. Not one if them greeted us or told us anything about the dresses or prices. I decided to ask for some help locating a size and price & they seemed to be disgusted that I had interrupted their lunch. Finally got some service and was told they do not do measurements and that my daughter would just have to try on what size we might think she would wear. Then the girl tells me all the dresses are 50% off the marked price. Needless to say we were so not happy with the lack of service and hardly any dresses on the racks we took our business elsewhere! Hey Sally’s! Next time paying customers walk into your place of business you might want to get up and greet them by saying–«Hi welcome to Sally’s all our dresses are half off the ticketed price and if you need any help i’ll be more than happy to help you»! Just saying!

This store uses a lot of advertisement to draw in customers. I was in the market for a dress for a special occasion, so I decided to give them a chance after trying every other place that sells dresses in my area. I looked up their site to see photos of racks and racks full of dresses in every color. When I arrived at the store, the racks were not nearly as full. I was concerned, but was still excited to look. As I looked, I was not very happy. They did not carry many dresses in my size, or hardly any other size for that matter. Also the colors were not brilliant, but did have many sequins on them, and as I’ve learned through my dress shopping experience, sequins equals big bucks. Most of the dresses are over $ 300, which was about twice my budget. I had a flexible budget of about $ 150 of so, but I was disappointed in the selection, and left with nothing. For a store that advertises a lot during the height of Prom and other spring events, their selection, and price range was rather disappointing
