Last year we moved from Ranch Cucamonga to Whittier. Pat Loya was the realtor for the sale of our house in Rancho and for the purchase of the house in Whittier. Anyone who has sold a house and then purchased another, can usually look forward to either living in a rental or paying the mortgage on two houses at the same time. Pat was able to negotiate the purchase of the house we wanted in Whittier so it would coincide with the sale of our existing residence. Needless to say, this was a big saving financially. I’m not sure she will get the same results for everyone, but one thing I am sure of is that she will give it her best effort. I must say it was a pleasure working with Pat.

Pat helped me find my home. hitting most everything I wanted on my wish list. Being a first-time home owner. she helped me realize what i wanted and helped me narrow down the area i could afford. I had Pat by my side when I bought my first home. It was a scary and nerve racking process. Fortunately Pat was there to ease my worries. It was a great experience.
