I was introduced to the Graham and the Home Team by my lender Marc. I was under a lot of frustration with my previous agent since I felt he was not listening to me. He was showing me properties in Colton and Grand Terrace when I had specifically said I only wanted to see properties in Riverside. Where to begin… We recently enlisted the expertise of Graham and the Home Team and the work they have put into selling our property is Above and Beyond! Within the 1^st day of calling them about questions on selling our property we had a date & time scheduled to meet up and take photos of our place and discuss in detail our options. By the time the listing went active on the MLS they had developed an entire website dedicated to our property and posted on many other listing services. In no time we were receiving numerous calls about the property and had our 1^st full price cash offer, before Graham could even present the offer to us, we had a 2^nd one come in! It’s been several months since the close of our home and Graham & The Home Team are still well deserving of my 5 star rating. After several back & froths with the bank our short sale was accepted. Graham & Kelly kept us in the loop the entire time and updated us through the sometimes confusing bank & real estate process. When it comes time to buy again, this will be our 1^st & final call.
