Have gone to this place many times because my girlfriend likes it but Every. Single. Time. I think that they won’t screw me over with bad food or a long wait, I’m always proven wrong. I’ve only come here a total of 5 times and have consistently found bone or cartilage in my chicken burritos, have tried ordering a pork quesadilla and the pork is too tough and too chewy & there’s little to no cheese, plus the red sauce for the pork was cascading down my fingers making this nasty pool of grease and sauce in the container. Not a good place in my opinion, there’s always something in my food that makes me never want to come back. In fact, the last time I went made sure that I never will. Sorry, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

My family has been coming to Juanita’s for more then 20 years starting with the Pomona location and now at the Rancho Cucamonga location. I love the burritos I am partial to the pork, rice, bean, and cheese burrito with extra red meat sauce. I have never been disappointed when eating here. The prices are affordable and the burritos are super filling and big. I also recommend the tacos, and nachos.

Came here for lunch. A little hole in the wall place. Not too much seating but there is outdoor area. Long line of people but they were able to get the food out in a timely manner. Ordered the Carne Asada nachos. Good amount of Carne asada. Had all the fixings also, cream cheese, beans, onion, guacamole, melted cheese and other stuff. Chips were nice and crispy still. Wasn’t all oily and heavy. Good amount for 1 order. Wish it was warmer tho. Would’ve been even beter. Will be back if craving some Mexican food

Not sure why people complain about the service. I have never experienced anything but smiling faces and pleasant people. Food portions are excellent and delicious. Ingredients are fresh. Taquitos are hand made. Tortillas are homemade and huge. Their hot sauce is a good mix of spicy and sweet. Will continue to go back. Plus the owners are an excellent supporter of their local community.

I love the shredded beef tacos here, they are stuffed with beef and cheese. Yum. I haven’t had any issues with the customer service and my orders have always been right. I wasnt a fan of the nachos, just because the cheese doesn’t quite melt but the tacos are a regular craving for me.

Wow… almost ½ hour in the drive thru waiting and only 3 cars ahead of me… now I remember why I don’t come here!

TERRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE!!! Terrible ! I don’t care if you guys are all family , customers come first when running a business and they don’t understand that. They are rude, charge for hot sauce and do not put customers first. It’s a shame this one is the closest to home, I would much rather go to the Ontario one. They also make their food better at the Ontario location!

It’s kind of a drag to pay for extra hot sauce, then when you get home, realize that whoever made that batch used way too much black pepper. I thought it looked kinda dark. The hot sauce makes the burrito. I like their hot sauce, that’s why I get extra. If it’s not right, it doesn’t taste like a Juanitas burrito.

Very good food !!! The salsa is actually flavorful and a little spice to it… the potato tacos are really good as well as the fresh tortillas… u do have to wait a bit but it’s expected with the food being fresh

First to start with we waited for about 10 minutes to order our food. We ordered chips and salsa, a chile verde, and bean and cheese burritos. We asked one of the staff If we could get our chips and salsa and they said it wasn’t ready so we waited about 10 minutes and we sat down and ate. I have to admit the food was so bland and tasteless. The chile verde burrito had no spice to it and was very bland. The bean and cheese burrito we ordered had very runny beans and was also bland. The chips and salsa was really bad. The chips were burnt and overcooked, and with the salsa it was frozen. Overall our experience was very bad.

Food is great… Service is slow. They either need to go with a full restaurant not a drive through or pick up the pace. If your in a hurry I would not recommend. Ordered ahead for pickup via phone and gave them plenty of time before I picked it up but yet still had to wait 20 minutes before my order was ready. To top it off they charged me for a burrito I did not get

WORSTSERVICE!!! It felt it was run by ex cons, straight out of a half way drug rehab program. When I told them my order was wrong the girl said I ordered wrong. I parked and went in and it looked like she wanted to straight up box. It was so unprofessional. I told them they needed to be retrained on customer service. VERYRUDE Chola lady with tattoos. Try and avoid her if you can. She had spiteful look in her eye. Pretty sure she would have spit in my food or worse if I wasn’t standing there watching. Food is pretty decent, but not worth an attitude. Who pays for horrible treatment? Not me!!!

First time customer. I waited 25 minutes for an ice water, bean tostada chips & salsa and a chicken taco. The customer service was unfortunately terrible. The salsa was frozen, the chicken was stale or rotten and the tostada/chips were really burnt. Food was over priced. Don’t waste your money go to Del Taco next time…

************************BUYER, WATCHYOURMONEY!!!************************ Hey, the next time you order at the Rancho Cucamonga location. Bust out your calculator and tally your bill. Watch what they charge you… they over charged me by twenty dollars the other day. A few of my family members have noticed the same issues when it came to mistakes on their bills too. There’s a hand in the till…

I am a lifelong customer of Juanita’s, going to their Pomona and Ontario locations long before the Rancho location was even a thought. I have great memories going home from preschool and picking up food at the Pomona store, and their tasty burritos and taquitos. All freshly made and with wholesome ingredients like lard and avocados. The prices were also very reasonable, which made it popular for the whole family when we were on a budget. So why am I not raving about it now? Mostly because it’s been many years since I was a kid and exposed only to Juanita’s. I’ve traveled extensively, tried other types of Mexican food and restaurants, tried other ethnic foods, and now live in a city that has much more variety and spice than the suburbs of Los Angeles. I’ve had Mexican food that was prepared in Texas and even as far away as New Jersey, and have found great places all over. Trust me, California isn’t that special when it comes to Mexican food. It has a greater number of places, and lots of high quality places, don’t get me wrong. But it’s become available in many other places too. But enough of my tangent. The food is still as good as it was fifteen years ago, and it’s still very reasonably priced. I can get lunch for two people for around fifteen dollars, which is pretty much impossible at most places nowadays. I always really liked the beans at Juanita’s, and their taquitos are always the perfect consistency in crunch and flavor. The tortillas are also exceptional, and I always wished I could buy the tortillas stand-alone. Everything seems to be very greasy and meat-related, so if you are a vegetarian or trying to cut back on the fatty foods, you should probably avoid this place. I still like Juanita’s, though I visit maybe once a year at best. It’s not the best Mexican food I’ve had, but it hits the spot and at a good price. It’s certainly better than Taco Bell or Del Taco.
