I found it interesting that this location was rated higher than their G Street location. The drive thru was an odd configuration with poles sending me down a narrow path clogged with parked cars. Service was fair. Burger was a little dry and iced tea was nearer to tepid than to iced.

Thanks for making the best burgers and thanks to the young man at the drive thru who alerted me that my phone was on top of my car! I couldn’t believe it made it all that way without falling off. Guess I was excited to get lunch? Haha

We just had the best kind of customer service here at this rancho location.
MIKE was greeting everyone with a friendly face, cleaning tables and offering any help in between. I’ve never seen a more professional worker than I did today. It’s service like this that makes in n out THE BEST!!!
oh and if course the food was uh-mazing…but that goes without a doubt.

First time ever that I have been disappointed by In&Out.
The fries are normally golden and crisp, these were brown, soggy and most undercooked. The burger bun was burnt and there was little to no lettuce. The bit that was there was sad and colorless. His is highly unusual from this establishment and this is by far the worst quality I have had from any of the In&Outs I have been to.

I’m giving four stars today because, although my order was correct, my family’s was not. My mom ordered a double double protein style with no onions. She only received one patty and onions. My sister ordered a double double and an animal fry with no onion. She said one of the pattys looked «gimpy» and received onion. We came through drive thru and the order was repeated to us multiple times, but it was still wrong. However, they have great customer service and delicious food (:

Came to the drive thru. The line of cars backed up all the way to the right turn lane outside the plaza. This place is hopping!
There’s an employee standing outside with a tablet taking orders at the very edge of the property. Very nice and friendly. Then after about a 15 min wait, I paid and after another 5, finally picked up the food. Both windows were friendly.
Inside looked just as busy.
The food itself is great but not «WOW!»
I don’t fully understand how this place for so popular.

I don’t live in California so i don’t have access to in n out burger all the time but when my husband and i come or just me its a must. Its always awesome. The burgers are the best you can get and the fries are always fresh. Yummy!!!

It’s In-​N-​Out so it’s always a win. The only hassle is with the location. It isn’t easy to getting in or out of the parking lot during rush hour.

I honestly thought that in-​in-​out couldn’t get any better. My amazing dining experience made me appreciate this company more. From the time our food was ordered we were greeted by an amazing host by the name of Tayler who tended to me and my boyfriend the entire time. She brought our meals to us and offered to refill our drinks twice. Its refreshing to see a young person in this day in age be so pleasant and complimentary. I will continue to frequent this in-​n-​out even though I reside in Upland.

«In-​N-​Out, that’s what a burger is all about» couldn’t be more accurate!!! :)
I visit Southern California several times a year for a couple weeks to a month and this is my go to!!! I absolutely revel in their goodness! I try not to have it daily when I’m visiting, but when I cannot resist I hit the gym for 2 hours (thank goodness for my 24 hr fitness membership to ANY gym in the U.S.).
It could be the toasted buns, the fresh veggies and meat or maybe just the great memories I’ve had there, but I’ve never been disappointed. NEVER. The employees are always friendly and the long wait goes by fast.
All and all, it’s L-​O-​V-​E!!!

Very long wait but that’s what you expect when you come to In-​N-​Out. I’m not from the area so I always have to make a trip. What I love about In-​N-​Out is that the burgers are always so consistent. Fresh ingredients, amazing burger to say the least.
Their «Secret Menu» choices are also fun too, don’t forget the most important items:
Double Meat, 4×4, Protein Style (wrapped in lettuce), Animal Style Burger and Fries! I will definitely come back to this location again next time I am down in Rancho Cucamonga.

Been going here many times but first since being a Unilocaler. Generally would be rated 5 stars but had to search for a clean table for wife and me. There were at least 10 empty tables and had to search for the least dirty. Decided to come early to beat crowd. Seems they neglect table care when not busy.
Sandwich, a double double (my usual), and found it quite salty. Not normal. Shake excellent as usual, as well as the fries.
A huge disappointment. Maybe the manager on a break as usually this is a great restaurant. Will probably drive a bit farther for my next double double. This visit on 10÷13÷15
Must have been a bad day when we visited on 10⁄13. Redemption came as upon our return we found a turn around in the quality of the food, and the cleanliness of the place much improved. Please note I now rate it a 4, with a 5 coming if they continue on the current path.

Almost always busy. the drive thru is slow but not for a lack of trying. Consistently good food. Make sure you check your order when you get it. Most times they have an employee that takes orders with an iPad if the drive thru line is long. Seating area isn’t large or small and it isn’t faster. Big parking lot. Don’t be a douche and block the street or the entrance. Use common sense so everyone can get their animal fries.

I’ve been eating at In-​N-​Out since I was a kid and it doesn’t get old. You know how you start off with «Happy Meals» at McDonald’s, then as you grow older and order something, it’s like «Ew, why did I used to like eating this?».
It’s all about the quality and is why I admire In-​N-​Out Burger staying true to their simple menu. They don’t need to get fancy with new menu items to complicate things. Burgers, fries, shakes, drinks… that’s it!
Also, don’t forget about their «Secret Menu» choices:
Double Meat
3×3
4×4
Protein Style (wrapped in lettuce)
Grilled Cheese
Animal Style
As far as this location goes, it’s not the best. The parking lot isn’t huge and the drive-​thru line will be busy during peak hours.
You just need to find a time when they’re not busy. and hey they open at 10:30AM!
HAHA. My favorite thing to order is the #2 with grilled onions.
