All the associates at this Dunn Edwards have been a great help in me with my Spring DIY project, from picking colors to suggesting the best type of paint for my room. They pretty much all recognize me from coming here multiple times over the past two weeks. Lol. Don’t know about the other bad reviews but they have been fantastic to me. At one point, the initial shade of white I got for my room was too white, and they even tried to salvage the paint I had left by trying to re-tint it so it didn’t go to waste. They were honest about it not being exactly the shade of the white I changed it to, but they were still willing to help. They also did a wonderful job at matching a competitor’s color. Yes, you do have to wait maybe 10 – 20 minutes for paint to be tinted, varying at times depending on the queue. But every time they tint, I see them double checking their work to make sure it’s the correct shade and color. I’m so glad I went to Dunn Edwards in Rancho Cucamonga for my project and won’t hesitate to come back. Thank you to all the associates there!

Stacy and the staff are amazing !! She picked out my bedroom colors! I doubted the colors but she took control and now I’m in love with them! Thanx again for such a helpful staff!

Came in here several times to order paint or supplies. I believe Dunn Edwards paint is the gold standard. Their store is spotless. They have lots of goodies for your painting adventure. This isn’t Target– they don’t have employees everywhere catering to your every need. Maybe you will wait a bit… It’s ok. Relax at the tables and catch up on Facebook.

Ran out of paint samples as of this review date. No sign or courtesy to say so. Time well spent. Off to another paint store.

Not so friendly service. No one smiles or greets you. Long wait for just a quart of paint. Only came into this store cause the prior paint that was used in the house we purchased was a Dunn-Edwards paint. The paint we needed they no longer carry so she asked what do we want to use. Well obviously if we are trying to match a paint shouldn’t she offer something comparable instead of listing all types of paint?
