At one point I thought Craig & Shelly customer service was lacking. However, I made a huge mistake. Along with the beautiful custom ring I purchased for my fiancée, I received the personal touch along the way with Craig communicating anyway he could even when on business trips. By email, cell or facetime. Though I typically contact several jewelers when making a decision, I have decided to use Craig & Shelly for all of my jewelry needs,

I walked in one day several years ago looking for a Hamilton Chronograph. I spent the next hour in conversation with Craig the owner and saw his custom watch line. I’m proud to wear my Craig Shelly watch. Craig is a truly kind man and both he and his lovely wife Shelly are talented designers.
While I have not seen him a such as I’d like since moving away. I am proud to call Craig, as well as Joe who pretty ugh runs the Rancho Cucamonga store, my friends. Two really good guys.
