Where do I even start. First of all the shakes are way too over priced I watched them make the shake. About 1 part ice cream 10 parts ice. It was practically liquid. But price is something I can’t control, I just won’t go anymore. My issue was they ran out of rainbow sprinkles which is my favorite topping I only get that with bday cake and brownie. So I was already bummed about that. The most ridiculous part here was my ice cream was scooped and sitting in the bowl and at the register for(3 min) yes I counted waiting to get a lid and be rung up. They worked on other orders(that were behind me and my husband) while my bowl sat there and melted and put my ice cream in a small bowl so my lid wouldn’t fit. It melted and took forever to be rung up. I had to ask for a lid 4 times.

The ice cream speaks for itself but the customer service was very good yesterday and to be honest it is not always like that… keep that staff!!!

The service here is EXCELLENT! Each employee is welcoming and courteous and they put a huge smile on my face. Also, their songs are absolutely adorable. What an entertaining group!

I love going to this cold stone. It is one of my favorites due to the location. I try to go once a month and get my favorite flavor, cotton candy. It is delicious and cold stone does it so well! But my last experience was very disheartening. I entered the shop on a rather non-busy night, a Tuesday and was NOT greeted by the employee working at the counter. He served the ladies in front of me in a rather jovial manner. Then once he got to me and my friend, any charisma he did have shut off. Now I understand customer service is a hard job but this guy gave a new twist to apathy. Any request I made was just completed with a blank stare. Not even a smile. Once I made my order and stepped to the side, the server just said in a very coarse tone, «wait». Like an order! He was so hostile towards us. For no real reason it seemed like. It really tainted my experience at Cold Stone. This was an event that happened in May and I haven’t gone back since. It’s weird but service is definitely something that can make or break a place. Unfortunately that young man has really tainted Cold Stone for me. Who knew such Cold hearts worked at cold stone.

Incredible service every time I go in and the environment is very welcoming and relaxing. The ice cream is also really good and waiting for a shake or ice cream is never long.

Cold Stone sells a discretionary product at hefty price. It tries to be Starbucks of icecream with inconsistant customer service. Pros: Quality, customer service, location, ambience Cons: Price, inconisistant in Customer Service(depends upon who werved you) To serve larger gatherings, always came to this location. Bought biggest packings always. Clearly quanitiy is the key when one buy biggest packing but in my last three purchases the box was not filled to the top. One time I embarassed myself and rep by pointing out the anadequate quantity. She did add more icecream to the top which obviously lead to inconsistant taste. On my last purchase rep told that max ingredients have been capped to 5. I never had quantity or customization experience at Starbucks but lately everytime at Coldstone. Cake was good though. One of our guest who opened the box, said«Cold Stone is most expensive and still shortchange customers.» You ‘d be better off with Handles. EDIT — After my review this issue was addressed. Never had any problem. Still a regular here.

Centrally located in Victoria Gardens. Clean shop. Was greeted by every employee as I entered which was very nice. The welcome was genuine and didn’t sound forced. There was a line but it was nice to see the staff being efficient which resulted in us being able to order our ice cream with no wait. It was nice seeing that everyone enjoyed their job or at least acted like they did! Some seating indoors, none outside but it’s not necessary due to the location(seating throughout the mall) Thanks for the enjoyable experience on top of the already enjoyable ice cream.

I got ice cream here yesterday. The store front is small so you really have to order to-go, but that is totally fine since ice cream is always yummy on the go. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. It’s adorable that the girls sing when they get tipped. I am really indecisive so I enjoy the options they have available. I had no idea they had some of the desserts that they do! I will be back to try some new stuff soon.

Great staff were very helpful when I brought in my two young daughters for ice cream. They were patient and really made the experience great.

This is more like it. A busy store with several employees(not just one) signifies a better product, or at least some combination of good. After a dismal experience at a local competitor , I was relieved to stop in and get good service and great ice cream. Their kids’ cone is cheaper than what is offered at Ben & Jerry’s. I was surprised that we were charged only about $ 2 for what is ordinarily a medium(Feared it would be closer to $ 5, with a single topping). Either way, it made things sweeter. The demonstration is half the fun at Cold Stone, as they mash the extras into the silky blob of diary heaven. Things were definitely busy today, almost more than they could handleat one point, but the young staff powered through with a sort of pep/rap once or twice. Cute. Oh, and the vanilla bean that I tasted was damn good. For service, price and product, I was impressed.

Cold Stone is still one of the best places for Ice Cream, excellent customer service andoffers more variety in toppings then the Ben and Jerry’s a few doors. I always come for the, «like it» which is a choice of ice cream and mix it and the portions are very generous. Minus 1 star for the small seating area.

Had a shake here. It was delicious. A bit pricey maybe, but Coldstone’s are not budget establishments. Would go here, or to any Coldstone again, any time.

First, to the other reviewer Justin M., we don’t have slaves anymore and calling employees«The Help» is derogatory and insulting. Rant over. The ice cream here is great. They have many flavors and a ton of mix-ins. They allow you to pick a size, then pick a flavor, then pick a mix in. They have multiple pre-made creations but why do what the man tells you to do when you can create your own!!! Their mint ice cream and white chocolate chips together are literally the best thing I’ve ever tasted. The bad part is they are a little over priced. Thrifty ice cream is just as delicious and way cheaper. A side bonus is they often do fundraisers for non-profits and that’s the bomb.

One of those places where you over pay for simple ingredients because either you have kids and they want it or you are on a date and trying to be cute. The guys at the counter were flirting with some girl and ignoring customers,. We bought 5 love its, I mean 30 bucks for ice cream for the fam? I miss the 80’s, and Thriftys. BUT their Red Velvet Ice Cream Cake? I would KILL for it. No really, watch your step because I would murder someone to get that cake. It is that good!
