Aveda Vicara Salon

Their prices are ridicules high. Like really to retouch hair almost 300 dollar. Btw the stylist was so rude and not even helpful. Like really to retouch hair it cost 300? First time i did my hair here i only paid 180 which i was okay with and now they want to add all this shit wtf!!!

I came to this salon because my usual salon is closed on Sunday’s and Monday’s. Thank god they’re open everyday! I got a haircut by Gabriela and she’s honestly THE best. Thank you so much I love my hair!

I’ve been coming to this salon for years! I always receive the professional experience I’ve come to expect. My stylist, Ciara, never disappoints me and I always leave there feeling beautiful!

I called in on Friday and was able to schedule an appointment with Breeona for Sunday. It was my first time at Vicara and when I arrived at my appointment, I was greeted by the front desk and was offered tea while I waited. I didn’t have to wait long at all. My stylist Breeona listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I had hoped for. The front desk came by several times to see if I needed anything. I absolutely love how my hair turned out! Breeona is amazing at what she does! I highly recommend Breeona and Vicara salon! Excellent customer service from start to finish! Great experience and I will definitely be returning!

I had an appointment with senior stylist Lauren and wow. She gave me a great haircut and blowout and gave me lots of tips for my hair and gave me samples of the products she thought would be good for me WITHOUT ANY push to buy which I so totally appreciated. Also she has a great personality which made the time fly by. I’m a definite repeat customer and I think I’m going to bring my daughter to have Lauren give her a better ‘do too!

Hands down, one of the best salons I have ever been to. Everyone who works here is very friendly and accommodating. Plus, it’s a classy place! I always get a text a day before to confirm my appointment which is super helpful since I’m always busy. I really want to try their spa services soon.

Gabby is THE BEST!!! My hair has never been so beautiful! She knows the best colors and cuts. My cut lasts for weeks and the color is always so flattering and shiny. I simply tell her to make it cute and she works her magic! She is lovely, kind, and professional.

Zero Stars !!! STAY AWAY! aveda will NOT stand by theirs MISTAKES !! They seem All NICE and all. but once you out of this place they Talk bad about YOU! And once u ask for ur REFUND they will find 1000 ways NOT TO GIVE IT TO YOU! Even tho is their mistake… WARNING! If u want sumone to really take care of your hair needs… DONT COME HERE!

I love coming to this salon for my trims! I always leave with amazingly soft hair and I started using their products. If you’re shopping around for a new salon, I’d strongly recommend checking Vicara out.

My first time in was amazing. from the warm welcome in, to all the friendly staff. I had the pleasure of seeing Breanna, she was super sweet, professional, and very understanding to all my requests. I left the salon truly amazed! she did exactly what I wanted. I love my hair and will definitely be returning.

I get my hair done at VICARA AVADA the last couple of times I’ve been I’ve gotten my Waxing and Facials with there Esthetician Carrisa I’m usually worried and picky with my eyebrows that they are going to take to much off but she did them and they came out Perfect. And the facials are Amazing. Definitely pay her a visit!

I called in advance to cancel an appointment and was told, if I did that again, I would not be allowed to make appointments anymore. The receptionist said I would have to come in on a walk-​in basis only. I have spent over $ 1,000 at this salon in the past 7 months on product and hair services for myself and my daughter. Horrible customer service!

I have only gone to vicara 3 times. I am very picky when it comes to my hair, bad experience. From the first time I called to make my appointment the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. When I went in for on my appointment day the front desk greeted me as soon as I walked in. I was early for my appointment and had to wait a few minutes, the receptionist offered me something to drink while I wait. When I got to sit down Breeona was my stylist and she was awesome. She listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions. She did exactly what I asked for and it was a great experience. It is a very relaxing time as they give head and arm/​hand message. I definitely will go back.

I came to Aveda Vicara salon as a first time customer and I had the pleasure of having Michael do my hair. He not only did such an amazing job on my hair (going from multiple colors to such a pretty blonde) but he was so welcoming, cared about what I wanted and had a great personality! I defiantly found my hair stylist! GO SEE MICHAEL he’s totally worth it!

The stylist that i got six months ago i guess was they so called an experienced master stylist that is why i need to pay more… so i expected that she’ll be good… unfortunately, i was not so happy the way the color of my hair turned out and my partner didnt like it. I told her to do a medium brown but it turned out to be black… She keeps on insisting that it’s a medium brown… i paid like $ 120 plus tip for that solid color… there’s no highlights or anything… however, The ambiance of the salon is really nice… the customer service is also nice… i probably just got the wrong hair stylist or colorist :(

I called in for a last minute haircut appointment and they were able to fit me in. :) From the phone appointment, to checking in, everyone was very courteous and friendly. Gabriela trimmed my hair and I’m very happy with my hair! She knows a lot about hair and what looks good on me. I look forward to coming back for my next haircut! :-)

I have been going to this salon for a year and it’s always a great experience. The salon is lovely and clean and the staff is always warm and friendly. My hair stylist is Adrianna and she is an amazing colorist, my hair color is the best it has ever been and she cuts it exactly as I want. Being an Aveda salon you receive extra special treatment, aromatherapy mini neck massage before your service begins and hand massage during hair rinsing. I highly recommend this salon you will not be disappointed.

I came here today as a last minute appointment. It was great because I called and, only a few hours later I was able to be seen.
The stylist I got was Adriana, and I believe she is considered a «master» stylist since she is on the top tier of payment (it varies from $ 35-​$ 65 and she was a $ 65 stylist). Since it was my first time there, the cut was 50% off.
Adriana was a wonderful stylist, and gave me exactly what I was looking for. The cut is flattering, and my colored hair is healthy! So smooth. The 50% discount was also great because I got such a talented stylist for a price that I could afford.
The only reason I gave one star less is because when I come back I would have to pay $ 65 in order to have Adriana again (I’m a student, so I’m kind of poor lol), and I just would not be able to come in as often as I would like because it’s a bit pricey. My other option would be to change stylists, which is kind of disappointing because it’s hard to find people that deliver the results you want.
All in all, I was very satisfied, and feel so great with my new cut. I would definitely come back to Adriana. She is worth the $ 65 cut (and more) but my student sized wallet hurts a bit.
Thank you Adriana, and AVEDA for yet another wonderful cut. You have a new fan. :D

I’m pretty picky but Maria is the absolute best! I don’t like to cut a lot of my hair since it’s taken me a while to get it long but I did have some bad ends. She managed to cut the majority of the bad hair but not sacrifice my length. As far as my color. It’s perfect! Exactly what I wanted with the subtle violet tones. Also they are very thorough when washing out the dye which I really liked. I feel like most places don’t do it very well. Anyways ask for Maria she’s the best!

Ask for Lauren! She’s an amazing stylist and colorist! I’ve been going to her for years and she has yet to disappoint me! She’s realistic and honest about what can be done with my hair and it always turns out better than expected! I trust my tresses in her hands so much, I often tell her to do what she wants!
I recommend her to EVERYONE!
