Horrible customer service. Sold me a BizHub machine represented as lightly used and gave me a warranty. The machine never worked right after over a dozen service calls. Had to take to small claims to try to get my money back. I had to purchase a new machine from another company and still have this old piece of junk sitting my garage. they have never made this situation right
