Horrible! Wrong order twice. Ended up eating some gross wings and horrid salty fries even a drink couldn’t wash down. I left here feeling sick to my stomach

This is probably the worst location I’ve ever been to for a wing stop, I’m surprise that some customers before did not get angry for the wait they had to go through. I had to wait an extra 30 mins on top of my original 30 mins wait for an online order. I mean there were orders coming of people that weren’t even there yet. I believe the franchise needs to come up with a better solution for their customers. If I didn’t have to get wings for my girlfriends family I would’ve walk out of the place and got my money back. Very disappointed at the service and turn around time for this location.

Dem wings were exactly as I would expect from Wingstop. The LTO flavor, Smoke 9, is really good. Definitely worthy of a place on the permanent menu. Fries were good in a Wingstop sort of way. Overly seasoned and slightly soggy and limp. Not crispy like the DQ fries. My issue with this specific location and why it didn’t get the 5th star was really around speed of service. With 3 people working and a few large orders, they didn’t use all their fryers. Not sure if one was broken. They all looked like they were full of oil. It ended up taking almost 30 minutes for my order. Almost double the usual time. They were not busy enough to cause them to take that long. But to their credit, the wings were hot and well coated with my 3 sauces and the fries were hot and soggy like I would expect.

We are big fans of wings. I can’t say I’ve had wings better than the ones from this place. The Louisiana rub and lemon pepper combined is our favorite.

I stopped by this evening hoping to get wings, employee told me that my wait time would be 15 minutes. About 20 minutes go by and nothing. I waited an hour for my order and lost my appetite for wings. It was not a busy night at all. I was not the only one who had to wait longer than my expected time.

I ordered 15 wings and they told me it would be a 45 minute wait. Once I received my wings and got home there were only 11 wings. I called Wing Stop and they picked up the phone without saying a word and placed me on hold immediately for 6 minutes. Once I told them they messed my order up they said I could come back and get my 4 wings but it would be a 45 minute wait. DONOTGOTOTHEWINGSTOPONNEWHOPERD. They are so unorganized and your order will probably be wrong. Customer service is terrible!

Went there for the first time yesterday(10÷25÷15) and I went with my mom because we both decided to try it out. The wings are some of the best wings I’ve ever ate, and kind of wish the atomic flavor was actually as hot as people made it out to be. The only problem I had was when we arrived, the person at the register told us it would be a 20 – 25 minute wait, although I thought that was kind of a long wait I was craving hot wings, so we decided to wait it out. I was wrong to think that was long, the person who said it would be 20 – 25 minutes was WRONG, we wound up waiting nearly 45MINUTES! So I suggest maybe if you plan on eating here, to see if placing your order in earlier through online or calling will get you your food quicker so you don’t have to wait nearly as long as I did. But then again I did have to understand they are the only Wingstop in the Raleigh area other than the one in Durham, maybe more staff could help solve it? Idk

My son loves the wings here! Especially the spicy Korean wings. The staff is great. Super helpful and nice. Truly authentic nice. Few people can get my son to eat. I tip my hat to this place!

I have found my go to spot for wings for this upcoming football season. These wings are kind of small, but the flavors are awesome. They cook them nice and crispy with just amount of rub or sauce. I also enjoy their blue cheese dipping sauce. They cook these wings made to order, so don’t go in looking for fast food. This place is quite small, but it’s clean with friendly service. Get the lemon pepper and the Cajun rub, and enjoy the games.

After completing an IPO last week which saw Wingstop jump from $ 19 to over $ 30 in its opening session, I knew it was time to see what all the hype was about. This is a man who takes his chicken wings seriously, I even invented the 5 star wing scale to rate chicken wings. Fried breaded hot wings from Hooters clock in at a 3 and are average wings, essentially they are the litmus test. If the wings are better than the Hooters cluck cluck variety, then I’ll be back faster than Arnold in his next Terminator movie. I hit up the location on New Hope Church Rd on a Saturday and ordered half Louisiana rub, half garlic parmesan and I honestly looked forward to them more than the new breadstick sandwiches that Olive Garden is promoting. The first issue is timing; it took over 15 – 20 minutes to prepare a fresh batch of wings… this isn’t a major issue at all, my suggestion is to make sure you order ahead of walking in and it appeared the majority of the business is take-out. The wings were juicy, fresh and pretty big to satisfy my carnivorous sweet tooth. They are in the 3.5−4.0 on the wing scale and hang with some of the best in the area, I need to try Heavenly Buffalo’s before rolling out the full depth chart. So the wings warrant about a 4 star, what brings Wingstop down to a 3? They ripped off the name from Gamestop for 1 and the only thing I may like more than chicken wings is videogames. Seriously though, a couple of things irked me. First, there are no napkins on your table. Wing eating is a messy sport. After eating a crusty garlic parmesan wing, it is not a good idea to pet your wife with those slimy fingers. Napkins need to be more convenient. Second, an extra side of bleu cheese(large, although it isn’t very big) will set you back $ 3, I’ve been to restaurants where they will toss extra dipping sauce in for free or a nominal fee. Chick-Fil-A gives you sauces for free and the golden arches charge a small fee for extra sauces last I checked. Last, I think they can add a few more side offerings. I am not for an inflated menu, McDonalds even admitted there’s has built up a little too much in recent years, but all I saw were fries, beans and potato salad/cole slaw. If you can brush aside my small inconveniences and kvetching you have an above average wing. My recommendation is to order ahead and bring home. Cluck Cluck!

Excellent wings and Service. I couldn’t eat it all so you definitely get your $$$ worth. Louisiana Rub is the best.

Fresh, hot, fast and tasty, what’s not to like? This is a solid offering in its class. Nothing super fancy, and don’t expect fine dining, but they do their wings well. The staff is pleasant and efficient, and their wing(and fry) flavors are mostly very tasty and served in good, generous, steaming hot portions. There’s a few misses along with the hits. I don’t care for a few of their flavors, like the garlic parmesan — it’s a little ttoo greasy and fake-buttery for my taste. Occasional wing segments will have(no joke) actual feathers on them. This bothers me personally not at all, but if you are squeamish you should probably be warned. The staff doesn’t care either if you point it out, so don’t bother. This location is across from the WalMart, in more or less the same parking lot, directly next to a Dollar Tree. Expect an entertainingly variable range of clientele, some of whom seem to have stepped right out of the«People of WalMart» shame site. I guess you gotta get comedy material somewhere. Anyhow, don’t plan a romantic date here, but do stop in for a tasty quick meal or grab a bucket of wings to go for your next party. They have a phone app and a web site, and ordering ahead works really well either for eating in or picking up a to go order. The Iphone version of their app may be a little buggy, so stick with the Android version or use your phone the ancient, historical way and speak to a live person to make your order ahead. I know, nobody does that any more, I might as well have suggested you text in cuneiform by mailing a stone tablet. But trust me, it works, and it beats standing in line. Especially with some of the very special People of WalMart right behind you. Or worse, in front of you.

Good wings. Fries are sweetened with a little sugar and it works in a strange way, though they are not very crisp. No unsweetened iced tea is a bummer.

A very nice wing place. Atmosphere is very casual. Wings are good, but nothing special. They do have a nice variety of tastes and I would recommend this place but don’t go out of your way for it.

Typical Wingstop, which isn’t suppose to be a bad thing. I’ve had wings from one in NYC and in Raleigh; you really cannot differentiate the taste. But they both taste really good and their sauces are pretty unique and great.

I’ve lived in Raleigh for almost 6 years and have been on the hunt for the best wings in Wake County. Until I tried Wing Stop my favorite place was Woody’s downtown at City Market. But let me tell you, WINGSTOP blows them and every other wing place outta the water. All their wings are cooked fresh to order and never from frozen wings. Fresh chicken prepared to order. The staff is so polite and professional and make you feel like your Wing Stop experience is their top priority along with serving top notch high quality fresh wings. I remind getting a 20 piece classic wings(all flats) with half Lemon Pepper and half original hot. It is so good words can’t express. They even make their dressings all in house and fresh. Great ranch and good priced beer. This place truly is the top Wing Stop and spot in Raleigh hands down.

OK, Guilty as charged ! I’m a Chicken Wing Snob. Flats, not drumettes, Extra, Extra crispy, never breaded. choice of seasonings. Who knew that this little hidden gem off of New Hope Church was harboring some of the best wings in Raleigh. As stated all wings are cooked to order so there might be a wait, but well worth the time. A LARGE selection of seasonings and dips. Please, if you’re a wing ding, err I mean connoisseur, check out Wingstop ! You won’t be disappointed.!!

It was lunchtime and since this is close to the Walmart I decided to try Wing Stop. I mentioned to the counter person that this was my first visit, and she politely mentioned some of the lunch options. I took advantage of the $ 5 lunch special which included 5 bone or boneless wings in your choice of sauce, fries with a choice of seasonings, and a beverage. Ranch or blue cheese for dipping is $ .79 extra. All food is cooked to order, and was done with minimal waiting. I had a barbecue sauce for the boneless wings and cajun seasoning on the fries. Wings pieces were meaty and I enjoyed the flavor. The décor is aviation themed, especially from the WWII era. Certainly a good lunch at a reasonable price.
