Pizza Hut

worst pizza hut ive ever dealt with! and the only reason i gave a star is because of the delivery guy he was really nice and informational. wrong orders bad quality and bad phone ettiqete.

Ok I’m gonna keep this short I placed a order online it arrived 30 mins later than stated the pizza was cold and my crust and toppings were wrong then I called to get it straightened out I was on hold for 15 mins I was starving by then so I ate the cold wrong pizza it was terrible I will never order from this location again

Ordered online. Didnt come on time so tried to called. Was placed on hold three time, 30 mins later they finally answered. My ordered was out for delivery. She couldn’t find the place, didnt have a pin and received a pizza I didn’t order. Gave 2 stars only because I was hungary and they did show up with something.

We struggle with this Pizza Hut. If we didn’t love Pizza Hut as much as we do, we’d stop going, but this is the only location near us. As it is, we rarely go because it is such a hassle. Our issues; they can’t seem to manage any of their promos, we are never charged the correct amount, and the online ordering is inconsistent. Also, the quoted wait time is never accurate and the actual space is a bit of a dive. It is always a real struggle here.
In the staff’s defense, I believe this is a high volume location. It is take out only and they seem to do a lot of delivery.
The positive; the pizza has been consistent, no complaints there.

I have been to this place a couple of time. There is no dining in option, only take out and delivery. I always go pick it up since they are just a mile from where I live, and I don’t see paying extra for food delivered from a place in walking distance.
The first time I got a pizza here it took about 35 minutes for them to make the pizza, and 30 of those minutes I stood in the lobby waiting for the pizza. like I said, I live walking distance, so I can place an order online and be there in 3 minutes.
With the pizza guarantee for it to be ready in a certain time, I would say they failed on that, especially with me standing right there, and they knew I was waiting on the pizza for 30 of those minutes.
They are also not the cleanest place, and don’t have a clean looking crew working for them anyway. They walk around with trash on the floor, and dirty employees. If you look at the sanitation/​health score, they have a really low grade. Just looking inside the window you can tell they need to clean the place.
Aside from that, it is pizza, and it taste ok.

So I order pizza online and go to pick it up. They were very disorganized and at least 1 out of 3 pizzas were wrong, including mine. They had to start over on my pizza meaning I wait another 20 minutes.
But that’s not the bad part. I saw them hand a guy a pizza who left with it. A few minutes later he came back and they took that pizza and put it in the warmer and he waited for his pizza.
Then Monique or Dominique came in and they took that pizza that had left the store and sold it to her. That would seem to be a major health code violation. As the guy could have done anything to that pizza.
I reported it to the district manager and his response was to replace my order free of charge. I don’t want my order replaced, I want them to trash pizzas and not give them to other customers if they’ve left the store. I’ve given him 10 days to respond with what they’re going to do and haven’t heard a thing.
If you go to this pizza hut or any pizza place if they don’t bring the pizza from the back maybe you need to question where its been.

For take out only, unless you want it delivered. Being that I am from Florida and wanted Pizza Hut Pizza, I went in and ordered a large pizza from a young man who was extremely pleasant and customer friendly. He informed me that my pizza would be done in 15 minutes. When i walked back in to get my pizza, the young man brought it over, opened the box and asked me if the pie looked ok. Wow, this kind of service from a take out Pizza Hut. Needless to say I went back two nights later and was just as pleased and the Pizza was just as good.
