Bought a Breville espresso machine from William Sonoma back i California had a problem with it so I called the location in Crabtree Valley Mall and spoke to the asst. manager who was kind enough to agree to allow me to bring it back to exchange it for a new one. I really appreciated their willingness to allow me to do this. This is why I prefer to buy from William Sonoma. Great experience.

Yet another Williams Sonoma. If you have never been, you are in for a treat. If you are familiar with the store or catalog, you are in for more of the same. As a foodie, I find it fun to walk around. After taking a culinary class, I laugh and scoff at some of the uni-​taskers and fake professional equipment they carry; as long as people will buy it, they will sell it though. However, occasionally I do find a gem of an item that has to come home with me; it is like a gourmand’s garage sale. If you have time to kill and want some entertainment, check it out. Just be careful because most things are rather expensive.
Since I did not buy anything else I have not really interacted with the staff expect to wave them off when just walking around. I will update once I break down and finally get some new gadget or product that will be pretty cool and finally fix/​answer my question of a better way to do something in the kitchen.

Where else can a guy go to get a jalapeño roasting grid? I love roasting jalapenos, and I love shopping Williams Sonoma. This particular locations was a little small compared to some of the other locations I’ve been to, but irregardless, it didn’t seem like it was too crowded or too difficult to move around in. The people working there are down to earth, a little zealous about helping to find what one needs and also have a great sense of humor.
