Customer service at this particular BB&B is always above average and often OUTSTANDING! You can tell the employees here want you to come back!

I used to love coming to this store … But it seems more and more that its becoming more of just your generic place. Almost reminds me of a TJ max or Marshall’s. Seems cluttered and messy. Doesn’t feel as high brow as it used to. And the prices for most items are just not worth it. I go every so often now to browse but usually walk out empty handed.

Im kind of a regular here being a home owner for the past 3 years and its location to my house. I do wish they would stock more, so I didn’t have to order online or drive to a seperate store. However the staff is super friendly, and always ready to help.

Oh, what an emporium of home delights and beyond! I’ve been in this store for a range of things from wedding gifts to shopping for my own health and home. It’s near my home and in a great shopping center next to a Bruegger’s. Good location too, in my book!
Last Spring someone helped me find an accessory for my chair to help with back support and even something to help me sleep better. This past Fall I was in there to find some dishes from my friend’s wedding registry and they were even so kind as to pull the items for me before I arrived and hold them at the front desk since I was short on time. This is a smaller store though so they don’t do gift wrap. At least they weren’t doing it last Fall anyway.
Lately, I’m in there for my own home décor. I will comment that it can be confusing because they always have so much on clearance that you might think they’re closing! They’re not though. I was there yesterday. And today. I’ll agree with another reviewer in that the store is a bit chaotic with so much going on, but I’ll disagree about the service. I’ve found all staff members to be quite friendly and helpful. Yesterday a gentleman went out of his way to help me find the right curtain rod and curtain styles. He also tried to help me find a wine basket for a gift basket. Sadly, they did not have any. I was impressed with how much effort he put into assisting me with my question for curtains and other such related items though. I felt like he was a good listener and genuinely was interested in helping me fulfill my quest.

very friendly store, not as crowded as the Cary location. They have a great seleciton of keurig coffees, staff is friendly and outgoing. Its a hard to find location in the shopping center, but overall a great place to shop.

It’s hard to find things at this location because the organization is not always obvious. Every time I’ve needed the help of a staff member they’re no where to be found.

A friend of mine wasn’t even sure this location was still open so I used my trusty Unilocal app to dial them up and make sure. It was the closest BB&B to where we were at that point in the day, and being low on gas (and time), I didn’t want to be heading to TTC or other locations around the triangle.
This store seems smaller than the others I’ve been to around the Raleigh/​Durham area. Maybe it’s just me — it didn’t seem to be as well stocked as other stores either (meaning variety of items).
