I’m giving it 2 stars for having Coke products. I ordered a meatball bowl because I didn’t want any bread. They made it on a salad? The meatballs were cold even though they were supposed to be hot. Probably because they were put on a salad that was in the frig. Barely any marinara. But the worst was the meat was full of gristle and bone. That gagged me. Some people might not notice but they need to use better meat. Nice outdoor seating. I like the ice and my Diet Coke. Ok I’m upping my stars because the manager came out and talked to me and Offered me a free meal. I try them again.

Lot’s of good options and worth the price. Their black bean Patty is really good and so are their shakes.

It’s just a sand which shop. This place in particular has a tendency to screw up orders. The food is run of the mill sandwich shop quality. The atmosphere is decent. They have a tv if you care to watch the news or a game while you eat.

Great first time at Which Wich! I came in around 1PM on a Monday & there wasn’t any customers. So I was able to fill out my bag & check out quickly. I waited about five minutes for my R&D shrimp banh mi. I took it «to go.» Once back at work(15 min drive), I was thrilled my sandwich was still hot. It was delicious! The bread was just enough«crusty.» The shrimp were big & the breading stuck thanks to the sauce. The jalapeños were hot, but manageable. I love their selection & prices. Parking is tricky!

Which wich do you want? I love that you can customize to your hearts pleasure with not only toppings but sauces, spices etc! Makes for a plethora of different combinations to try. You decide your basic sammy and pick a numbered bag and circle your choices of bread, size of bread, hot or cold. Takes the standing on line chaos out of the equation waiting for someone to decide and makes much more sense. I ordered the crab and artichoke toasted sammy with my choices of toppings and had zero issues. The service is quick and friendly and you get a punch card so every 10 and you get one free. They have several veggie options as well and way more options than at most other sammy shops.

Which wich is a decent sandwich shop. I had the steak sandwich and my wife had the Italian grinder. The Italian grinder was a solid sandwich with a lot of meat and cheese. The steak sandwich wasn’t really steak– or didn’t seem like steak. Not sure if it was roast beef or what cut. A Philly style steak it is not. The bread is good but warning — it is quite dense. The ordering is clever, yet a bit overwhelming. I would go back and try a different sandwich.

Ahh, Which Which: the one sandwich place for which I always end up overdressing. It seems to magnetically draw me in a suit and everyone else in t-shirts and shorts. I guess the quality of the sandwiches ups my fashion skills. Speaking of, the ‘wiches here are fantastic. Hearty portions of meat, great options for additions(candied walnuts!), all held together the extremely clever Which Wich ordering system. All you need to do is select options on your bag, pass it to the employee at the counter, and no questions asked.(Tip: Draw something on the back of your bag so you know when it’s coming up. It’ll make sense when you’re there.) And, to top it off, a fellow in a polo who looked remarkably managerial stopped at our table to ask how the shakes were. Good service, even if the poor employees can’t pronounce ‘Jean ValJean.’

The environment is clean and the servers are friendly and patient. I personally had the Bacon and Chicken Melt on Honey Wheat toasted to perfection and let’s just say that these guys aren’t stingy with the sides, I dreamed of such a big sandwich! The foot long was so stuffed it appeared that they jammed a whole half more into it, and that’s without having to pay for extra. Now it could have been the prep that fixed my sandwich but man was I overly appreciative for it! Also, I must say that checkout was even sweeter with the new way to pay, via the newly Apple Pay application! I tapped and verified via the mobile device and I was eating within 20 seconds. Fast and smooth checkout is what I desire everyday. Lastly, this particular store is surely comfortable to eat in and there’s always space despite being such a smaller restaurant than the others I’ve visited due to the relatively small amount of traffic I assume. Certainly stop by for a larger than normal sub if you’re in the area! Good folks and great food.

Awesome food, friendly service, we will definitely be back! We had never been before, and as we had theater tickets, time was precious. The young women helped us through the ordering process, and were patient and helpful. They even offered to warm up our brownie if we came back after the show since we were too stuffed after the sandwich to eat it right away. I assured them it would not make it through intermission, I was right. Do get a brownie!

Sandwiches are good. My go to is the wicked. Can’t fault the quality of the subs but i take one star off because i usually pay them a visit once a week on Saturday and sometimes i can be waiting 10mins for my sub. Pity it wasn’t jimmy johns type of speed.

Good food and friendly service but I’m currently eating here with about 12 other people in the place… Took 15 – 20 minutes for my two friends and me to get our sandwiches. No line at all. Just seem to be very inefficient with getting customers food in a timely fashion. Could only imagine what the wait would be like during lunch time with a long line. Definitely would not take my chances for the wait.

I had a great experience my first time going to which which. It’s very simple to order your meal, not to mention, they have the best strawberry smoothies I’ve ever tasted. The employees are friendly and always greet you in a great way ! Love this place and I will continue going during my lunch breaks :)

This review is more for the staff than it is for the food. I’m a big fan of Which Wich in general because their sandwiches are always consistently tasty. I took my family(7 of us) to Which Wich around 1 pm on a Saturday… in Brier Creek. It was a zoo and I was the only one who’d ever been there before and knew how the whole thing worked. Needless to say, it was a MESS. The staff was so friendly and patient with us even though there was a line out the door. I was so impressed with how they handled my novice sandwich ordering family. Kudos, Which Wich in Brier Creek!!!

Which wich should I pitch to the kitch? If my order has a glitch(with oh-so-eagerly added spinach), will I be quick to be a snitch or be rude and ask to switch? Or will I eat it in a ditch, covered in ants — gathering many a itch? My impromptu Dr. Seuss-ian rhyme’s over — I promise. I love the name of this place, and after many weeks of hearing coworkers mention it, I decided to bite the sandwich and experience it! Upon arriving for lunch, my friend and I were immediately delighted to see the«bag station» so helpfully placed in front of the store — with writing utensils(*shocked face*). I was confused at first about the different slots for bags — but quickly found my «category» of desired wich. I chose the«French Dip» 7 incher with a dozen of not-so-suggested toppings. I will admit, I committed the cardinal sin of sandwich creations by overloading a wich that was originally designed to have no toppings — and be eaten, if only, with a simple cheese and the Au Jus. The bag designs are an ingenious invention — and put an end to the slow-stalking of the employee making your wich as you breathe heavily and hungrily on the glass divider. Service was relatively quick — however, it was a bit crowded inside — in terms of the layout. I found myself squeezing by other hungry patrons waiting on their wiches in front of the«wich making station» and by the tables. I wasn’t a huge fan of the paper towel rolls scattered around the place — I’m more of a napkin-user(personally) and I find that I can never tear paper towels neatly. It seemed strange that the mini-tables weren’t stocked with napkins. After about 8 min, my «name» got called by an inquisitively sounding wich-maker — who found my name to be a little«out-there». I knew it would get a weird reaction — and it was nice to have a little laugh with the wich-maker. My friend and I managed to snag a table outside on the sidewalk just as a couple freed it up – score! My «French Dip» wich was not very pleasant, and it was my own fault. I do NOT suggest topping it with: lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, pepperoncini, bell peppers, and black olives. I should have stuck with my originally ordered swiss cheese, caramelized onions, mushrooms, spices, and THAT’S IT. I have no shame when it comes to topping sandwiches — until it come to consuming my horrid creations in front of people I know. I will admit — all of the topping choices are a bit overwhelming for a newcomer(and I just get WAY too excited). I HIGHLY suggest trying their«House Chips» — the spices on those chips were a delight to my tastebuds. **Big plus — join the«Vibe Club» and you will get an awesome coupon emailed to you the next day for a FREE7″ wich with the purchase of chips and a drink(comes to be a very reasonable $ 2.83). You also get a FREE cookie with your next purchase if you complete the survey(link to it comes on your receipt). I WILL make an embarrassed return, and be more conservative with my topping choices — hopefully the wich-maker gods won’t laugh at me.

For a chain it’s really good. I would love to have ½ stars as I’d definitely give this a 3.5. It’s hard for me to give chains anything in the 4s(sorry. my bias against chains). I am not a huge fan of sandwiches. I mean, I don’t HATE them but they are just sandwiches. I can make sandwiches at home(yes, I can make all kinds of food at home but to me, the simplest form of food to make are sandwiches. And I can make pretty good sandwiches too. But I digress…) So when I go OUT to eat, I’d much rather eat something that is not that simple. Not taking away from the efforts of staff that create the sandwiches… I’m just saying… Did I just make a whole paragraph of nothing? So the bread at Which wich, IMO, is really tasty. The first time I had it(at the location off of Ridge Rd.), I was like WHOA! What is this tasty bread? This ain’t Subway! I also dared to be bold and added blue cheese and red onions(because it was there on the bag as a choice!) to my vegetarian Avocado & Tomato. That’s been my regular(and BTW, ONLY choice I’ve made thus far) selection during my visits to this chain. I definitely don’t see this in the same ‘genre’ as Quiznos, Subway, or Jersey Mike’s. I don’t know why. It just feels different. I think the vegetarian choices(AKA«my» choice) makes it seem different *to me*. I guess if I ordered an all meat hoagie, I’d start attributing it to the others but so far, I kind of like making it my own different chain. I’ll have to give something else a try… maybe the Caprese. I’m not a vegetarian but since I tend to not be a big sandwich person(I think I mentioned that already), so I like the ‘odd’ man out types of choices.

Like others have said, it’s takes much longer to get your order than a typical sub shop. I don’t know why that is as there’s usually three or more people making them, but it does. Anyway, on to the sammies. I had the tuna and it was very good. I’m really getting into having cucumbers instead of pickles on a sandwich these days. Much fresher tasting. My dining partner had the turkeywich and said it was very good too. Not much seating, as someone else said. Also, they seem to do double time on the sandwich wrapping. First in paper, then foil and then in the brown paper bag. How about a little less in the trash and drop one of the wrappings? Parking is tough if you try right in front of the place, plus it’s hard to pull out without getting smacked by a car flying by so go around the corner and you’ll have a better chance at grabbing a spot.

Ok so Wich Which may be a chain, and it may be just a sub shop, but I had to review it anyways because I just love the food here so much. So here it goes. I walked in today around noon, prime lunch time, and the place was packed. It’s not very large in here, so people were kind of close together. There were people eating lunch inside at the tables, but I honestly don’t know how they were enjoying their food because their were just people standing around everywhere all around the tables waiting for their sandwiches. One thing I do not applaud Wich Which on is their ability to make food quick. It’s obviously considered a fast food restaurant, but the food does not come fast. It was very busy so I understood waiting, but you could definitely be in and out of Subway or Quiznos during their busiest times much faster. But if you went to one of the other sub shops, there’s no way your sandwich would have tasted this good. It was incredible. The bread is fresh, they have several veggies to choose from, more cheese options than Subway, more dressings and they really load the sub. I got the smallest option, a 7″ regular, and still only ate half of it because it was so filling. They also sell milkshakes and the Hershey’s Chocolate one was SOOO good. If you are a vegetarian they have WAY more options that Subway, or Quiznos or wherever. Instead of the standard veggie option you see everywhere else, Wich Which offers hummus, or avocado, plus the veggies, making for a much more satisfying sub. So you may not get the quickest service, or find an empty table quickly, but once you taste one of these subs, you will never look back.
