I have nothing to complain about here! I always order the same breakfast sandwich– a Better Bacon Cheddar on an Everything bagel and no egg. *Cool points* for them deducting the price of the egg from my sandwich. Not every place will do that. The sandwich is delicious because of the unique cream cheese spread and the always crispy bacon.
This particular location was very busy when I came on a Saturday morning, but they still were able to accommodate a long line of customers pretty quickly. The staff was very polite.

Best bagels in the area. I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and a dozen bagels for the freezer. The employee who rang me up saw that I was carrying my newborn and offered to carry my bag and beverage out to the car for me. A delightful rainy day surprise, for a sleep deprived mommy with her arms full. He was so polite and didn’t even miss a beat when he told me he would be carrying them out for me. Excellent customer service, above and beyond. I wish I had gotten his name to thank him and let the manager know.

When it comes to breakfast, TLC can make or break the Brueggers experience and this location can be hit or miss.
I recommend the «better bacon cheddar», a bacon egg and cheese sandwich with your choice of cream cheese and bagel.

Come here everyweekend for our bagels. Bagels always fresh, staff friendly for the most part and coffee always fresh. Its a smaller one so the line can get long but never waited more than 5 or so min for my order.

Convenient spot for business lunches or coffee meetings. The sweet tea isn’t great, it’s commercial and each time I’ve been it leaves an odd aftertaste. Hard to go wrong with the food though.

I love bruegers but I have never dealt with such incompetent fools. The customer service was so bad that we just left. I was not greeted or… or anything. The guy left in the middle of making my food and I was standing there for at least five minutes. He just disappeared. Horrible experience.

Being from NY/​NJ I’m really picky about my bagels but I approve of this place! Came in today and had the cinnamon sugar bagel with butter. The bagel wasn’t too sugary and there was a perfect amount of butter (too much or too little can really ruin a bagel!). My boyfriend had the turkey panini and he didn’t like the dressing much but I tried a bit of it and enjoyed it.
My only complaint with this place is that the staff looked miserable. I actually felt bad ordering food because the guy looked like he hated his job. Being cheerful (or at least smiling) with customers and coworkers really makes a difference of impression.

My first visit to any Bruegger’s was for an afternoon meeting this week. I showed up early since I’m terrible at navigating Brier Creek and ordered one of the paninis (turkey & artichoke spread) along with a cup of hazelnut coffee. Service was very friendly; I was greeted, order taken promptly, and the manager got out the half-​and-​half for me and even offered to brew me a fresh cup of coffee if it was too strong. I stuck around after my meal to do a little work on my laptop, and didn’t feel in the way at all. Even when closing time came, they didn’t rush us stragglers out. Liked the coffee. Didn’t like the sandwich. Very blah. I’m not much of a bagel person, so I really don’t think this would be a place I’d come again. For paninis from a chain, I’d pick Panera every time.

My wife loved the place, she’s all about some bagels. With that said, I tried a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese. It was different, I’m kind of a biscuits and gravy man myself. Overall the staff was great for an early morning Saturday and the food tasted pretty good. The entire time I was in there, I couldn’t help but think Ihop was right down the road, lol.
