Great customer service and is super fast! I didn’t have to do anything aside from pay. Yes, it is more expensive, but you get what you pay for and the smile helps. I had already had a bad experience with the post office and their pissy attitudes so I was just happy to get customer service that wasn’t awful! Great area and they send emails to you for updates!

This UPS store in North Hills is open until 7 p.m., which was very helpful when I worked late one day this week and wanted to get a soldier’s care packages in the mail to Afghanistan. Thankfully they were still open, though they weren’t particularly helpful with the customs forms. Parking is also not good at this location — it’s across the path from Bonefish Grille and all those other stores right in there. The place is always packed. If you need a later-​night place to get your stuff shipped, this location is open a little later.
