Kerr Drug

We’ve been going here for years and haven’t had trouble with really anything. It’s a drug store in a good location for the surrounding neighborhoods, and it’s probably got what you want to a certain reasonable degree. Try it once, and if you hate it, visit the other ones nearby.

The store itself two stars, the pharmacy zero stars.
I really, really try to support local businesses, and even though I pay a bit more to get prescriptions at Kerr (versus mail order), I chose to go here because of the location and the company’s history. It’s in the North Hills shopping complex with lots of restaurants/​shops/​services around it.
That’s the best I can say about this place. After numerous errors, I finally transferred my business tonight. Misplaced orders, others not filled, more than 30 minute waits (not exaggerating), unhappy employees. I’ll stop here … but I haven’t been this frustrated with a business in years.
This place needs a COMPLETE overhaul of its management. If you’re local, go here for your greeting cards or small purchase items; definitely go elsewhere for anything else.
