I have lived in Raleigh my whole life, been to many spas and The Spa at Layfayette is absolutely THE BEST!!! The entire staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, honest (do not try to upsell) and experienced. Dr. Suji is the BEST in the area. She moved from California and is on top of all of the newest procedures, products and techniques. The entire staff (Dr. Suji, Danielle, Mona, Becky and Bonnie) exceed my expectations every time I visit. I highly recommend. Shawn M.

Danielle is the best! I was referred to the Spa almost a year ago and I am an addict! Danielle gives me a facial once a month to help me treat my adult acne (thanks, hormones!). She’s always helping me find the right products, treatments, and procedures to treat my skin. I trust her knowledge and experience, and she’s never too pushy when my sensitive skin reacts poorly to a new product.
The Spa is a beautiful place! The warming pods are the best and the staff is so friendly and helpful, from start to finish. Robes and slippers make me feel like I’m getting the royal treatment!
I love The Spa and you should too!

We had a wonderful visit to Lafayette. It was a college reunion weekend and the staff treated us so well. We loved the Pod and services. I had a facial with Hana and days after my treatment my skin is still looking wonderful. We were pampered beyond our expectations.

Danielle was amazing. First experience with botox and she didnt try to overdo the treatment and made me feel incredibly comfortable! I felt like I was in great hands and the treatment looks amazing!

This spa is beautiful. I had a facial today with Hana. She brought me inside, grabbed a robe and slippers for me, then gave me a tour of the facilities. I changed in the locker room (the steam room was out of order, but I wouldn’t have used that anyway) and met Hana in the treatment room. She made sure I was comfortable, listened to my skin woes, then began. The products she used smelled wonderful and felt great. In addition to the usual facial/​shoulder/​neck massage, she also massaged my hands and arms. Nice!
When my facial was complete, Hana invited me to use the «warm pod.» I’m glad I did.
This is a round room with several beds in it. The beds are like heated/​vibrating craftmatic adjustables! So, I entered, picked a bed, got in, got comfy and chilled. The room itself is not warm (I was afraid it would be!), just the beds are (if you want to turn on the warming feature). The colors in the room are soothing, the lights are dim, candlelight, water features, soft music, bliss!
Upon dragging myself from the «pod,» after about 25 minutes, I visited the little kitchen area and helped myself to an almond biscotti. I could have also had a few raw almonds or mints. There is a Keurig machine in the kitchenette with various hot beverages and a mini-​fridge filled with cold beverages.
Overall, I really enjoyed my first visit to The Spa at Lafayette today and plan to save my pennies so that I can return soon!

Bonnie is absolutely wonderful! She worked my back, shoulders, neck and arms. I had been sore all week from overworking at the gym. Had limited range of motion and even in the shower these last few days as I would try to soap up my back. Bonnie fixed me right up in just one therapy session. My mobility increased by 100% and no soreness left. She is awesome and was able to get deep into muscles and joints I have a hard time getting with a triggerpoint kit. Highly recommend.

This experience was amazing! From booking the appointment to actually have the procedure completed. The staff is friendly and down to earth without losing an ounce of professionalism. BY FAR THE BEST SPA EXPERIENCE in the Raleigh area!

The atmosphere is nice and the staff was courteous. This spa is small so the dressing room will be crowded with two people. I had a facial and thought it was great. Hannah shared lots of info on the process and products. There was no attempt at up selling either. Overall I enjoyed my visit and would plan to go again.

I’m African American and was interested in the non surgical nose job. While in there I told Dr. Suji about asymmetry in my cheeks. She advised me to receive Radiesse in both areas, which turned out fantastic! The staff is super friendly and inviting as well as the Dr. I will definitely return!

Excellent experience. I was very pleased with my visit and results from seeing Bonnie. I’ve half-​heartedly searched for a good place for therapeutic massage since arriving in the Triangle about six years ago to no avail. I was in enough discomfort last week to try again and decided to check Unilocal.
I’m very glad I did! I especially like the fact that they have the warm pod that allows you to relax prior to beginning which to me just maximizes the results. So many other facilities are just in a rush to get you in and out of the door and I find it makes a difference in the amount of benefit I receive from my service.
The only downside was the other client in the locker/​changing area who rudely took up the whole locker area even though it was quite obvious my therapist had just hung my robe up for me. I had to stand and wait and she even ignored when I said «excuse me». I finally had to just reach over and get it. Completely unacceptable behavior.

STOP searching for spa and come here :) just relocated from California and have been putting off finding a MedSpa because well finding quality spas sometimes is tough. Glad the reviews held up during my visit with Hannah today for a clarity facial! Super informative, massages during facial. You get to use the facilities at no additional charge — steam room, relaxation area with massage beds. Definitely next time making a mini day trip out of it. Located in super cute Lafayette village with restaurants, coffee shops, boutique stores. Will be back!

The Spa at Lafayette totally exceeded my expectations! The environment is so warm and inviting! Everyone that I came in contact from the time I walked in the door with were nice and helpful.
I saw Danielle while I was there and she was wonderful! She answered all of my questions and gave me her honest opinions. I never once felt like they were trying to up sell me during my visits.
I am so pleased with my results! I will not go anywhere else now that I have found such a wonderful place!

Wow!!! I highly recommend this spa! The staff, the treatments and the facility are clean, professional, but not stuffy and awkward!
I am a recent transplant from Los Angeles. Now I’m not saying that this makes me cool, but I’ve had my fair share of spa-​ing and facial-​ing in the 7 years I spent there. The Spa at Lafayette gave me supreme VIP treatment.
Here’s my deal:
–I talked to Becky, who was extremely polite and accommodating! Totally worked around my schedule and got me in exactly when I could make it. She was clear on the time I would be spending there and what I could expect. I love that, because I’m a scheduler and like to keep things precise.
–Upon arrival Bonnie showed me to my bed in the pod where I’d be prepping for my treatment. I needed 45 minutes of numbing, but what I got was a comfy robe, a warm bed that was tempurpedic, and snacks! Tea, water, trail mix, biscotti! The works!
–The pod was quiet, there were like 6 beds in there and it was dimly lit so you could nap, chill or catch up on emails. The music was calming and I was at peace immediately!
–I went there for my first treatment of Fraxel. It is a pretty invasive laser used to correct acne, scarring, wrinkles, you name it. Basically, it’s a magic wand. But it hurts like a bitch. Well I was numbed, but in the minutes it took to apply Danielle and Dr. Suji worked on me to get me done ASAP, as well as constantly checked on my pain level! Totally worth it!
–I was told that I could hang in the pod for as long as I wanted. And I did! Icing my face, snacking on trail mix and just relaxing! It was the best 2.5 hours of my entire week!
–When I left they booked me for a follow up facial in 7 – 10 days (which was part of the cost of Fraxel).
This place is awesome! I can’t wait for my next treatment!
