Find another plastic surgeon with more experience. There are many excellent Surgeons in Raleigh. I was misled and the outcome of my procedure was shocking and was 100% the opposite of what was discussed.

This surgeon will tell you what you want to hear until you have paid in full for the procedure. I saw this surgeon twice for consultation prior to making the final decision, what I was told was not at all what happened during the procedure. He did not take all the fat out of my upper body and did not place enough fat for the augmentation. Once he has been paid, he will do as he wishes; i feel like he just experimented on my body. I was told on the second consult that he can get 1500cc of fat out based on my weight on that given day and I should get good results for the augmentation, only to get 200cc per side (which most was reabsorbed). The worst part was I realized he has taken fat out of my thighs, the skinniest part of my body. I was also told that he will take out all the fat I gained from my torso (upper body) for this procedure. He did not, instead took fat out of my lower body, the augmentation has made no improvement, he actually reduced my size, I am much smaller in hips and thighs, calves all the way to my ankles, my lower body was already extremely slim; there was no augmentation just aggressive poor quality liposuction. still have a lot of fat on my bra line and upper back and upper abdomen. He wasted my time and money not to mentioned the pain and agony I have gone through in the last 6 weeks. In addition, he would not answer the very basic and important question of exactly how much fat he removed, any responsible and professional surgeon should be able to explain what he did during the surgery, it is the patients right to know. Would not recommend this surgeon based on my experience.

His support staff reflects this level of professionalism: they are upbeat, competent, and accommodating. I always leave Schwarz Plastic Surgery feeling better than when I arrived – and my new boobs are beautiful!
