Subway

How about NO stars? This experience makes me want to never eat Subway again. Where to begin? Walking in there were two men on staff and both were helping a man and his son and didn’t greet us or acknowledge us until 5 min. later to hold his finger up and say he’ll be right with me? It wasn’t even busy?! They didn’t have the bread I wanted, the honey wheat grain, since they just gave the last one away. The guy making the sandwiches left the store right in the middle of making them to go roll up his windows and isn’t wasn’t even raining yet, out of courtesy he could have waited or even said something like «please excuse me so and so is going to help you…» instead of just leaving. So the other guy took over. I ordered 2 kids meals which are supposed to come with the bag and «toy» but they told me if I wanted them they’d be $ 2 extra?! I poured sweet tea in my cup but either they had it labeled wrong and I actually got unsweetened or it was the worst sweet tea ever. The guy dropped my sandwich on the ground but it was already wrapped so he shrugged it off. I got a cookie but it looked like it had a bite taken out of it and got home to find that a long hair was baked INTO it *gag* And it was either the smell of the chicken salad or the Flatbread but one of the two made me lose my appetite as I went in for the first bite. It was like a cigarette smoke smell (and no one is my house smokes). The only good thing was that they didn’t charge me for the price of the kids meals but rather just for the sandwiches and chips which was less than the meal and they didn’t charge for any of the drinks. Either way, will NOT be returning to that location.
