The cupcakes look like they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp all day. The icing was sliding off the top of all of the red velvet cupcakes. Ordered the bubble tea, which comes in about 15 flavors. We ordered the black tea and Thai tea, and they were both terrible. The black tea had a sort of medicinal finish, and the Thai tea tasted like milk with sugar in it… It was vaguely orange, but that was the closest it got to being Thai tea. But perhaps worst of all — the tapioca balls weren’t fully cooked either … Crunchy tapioca is unpleasant, to say the least.

Cupcakes are not fresh and the chocolate Peanut butter cupcake contained raisins in the cake part — blech! However, price was right as compared to other fancy cupcake shops in the area. Customer service was very mediocre. Staff (college students) need training in how to say hello, thank you, and goodbye to adult, non– student patrons. Frozen yogurt was good.
