Last year we began our search for a new home and met Ruby during a showing of one of her listings. After seeing several other properties and meeting other agents it quickly became apparent that Ruby and her team had more knowledge of and experience in the Raleigh real estate market. As such Ruby became our buyer’s agent and within about a month we had located and placed an offer on a home that exceeded our expectations. That was the easy part.
