I have really come to enjoy my treatments here. I am doing all I can to lose weight, and the body treatments are helping, in my opinion. Tassie does a wonderful facial, and I will continue to go here as long as the service, caring professionalism, and cleanliness continues. Restorations is affordable too! A big thing for my pocketbook and peace of mind.

I bought 6 Far Infa Red (FIR) body wrap treatments from Living Social and went to my first one today. It is supposed to shrink fat, reduce cellulite, and tone the skin.
It’s very relaxing, but I don’t see any results or feel any different. I might have lost a few millimeters.
I kept my clothes on. They wrapped me in a blanket and turned the heat up to ~130 degrees, but I wasn’t hot! The treatment lasts an hour and they checked on me every 10 minutes or so to make sure I was okay, and they GAVE me a bottle of water to drink afterwards to rehydrate. They are very big on rehydrating!
Most spas don’t GIVE anything away, including water. This impressed me.
The staff is awesome — very attentive and caring. I dealt with Tassie, the owner, and Tanita, her daughter. They’re so nice! I felt that I was among friends.
Restorations offers other spa-​type services, too. During the FIR you can get a facial and an herbal wrap for a small extra charge, which I plan to do. The herbal wrap is supposed to purge toxins and the facial is just pure pampering!
